We stayed here for one night on a weekend. Basically, the Chase is like a 20 year old Residence Inn that's had no other upgrade than a fresh coat of paint. If you are not picky about your accommodations, this might be ok for you...More
Rooms are spacious yet a little outdated. Very clean. Pool and grounds were nice although a quick tidying was needed of bushes and debris. Staff was friendly and attentive. Overall a good room for the price.

We didn't pay a deposit, we did pay for ours in advance, the only thing they put as an additional charge was 20.00 if we used the snack store, which we didn't and they put the money back in our account. Hope this helps.
