Perhaps the filthiest place I had ever been in. It took me 3 solid days just to get it livable. I should have stayed at the Best Western , but the Barns @ Timber Creek looked so inviting. Wrong! No picture's of the guest house were given out on line. I left that place looking like a GUEST HOUSE!!!!!!! Even...

Rustic barn b&b about 5 miles from Winfield. Easy to find. Stayed two nights in the Southwest College room on main floor. Authentic squeaky wooden floors, although maybe doors could have been oiled. Nice group lodge room w breakfast dining area as well as a tv room on floor 2. Delicious breakfasts! Once checked in, didn't see host, just breakfast...

There is so much character in this location. The historic stone building, the re-purposed wooden barn, the old quarry that is now a wedding chapel, the antiques and unique items as decor... We need to return to take it all in. The structures are very solidly built. Lots of space in the rooms. Great lofts if you have a family...

We took a one night family escape to Winfield, and decided to have an adventure and stay in the treehouse. At first glance, the property is quite well-maintained, very attractive, and certainly a novelty amongst places to stay in Kansas. In that sense, this place is great. What is more, the treehouse is indeed unique. It is set up in...

Our church leaders' group spent Friday evening and all day Saturday at The Barns at Timber Creek for a leaders' retreat and planning time and had a great experience. The downstairs common area worked well for our group discussions and each room was very nice. We had Biederman's Bistro and Catering bring food out for our evening meal and our...

If your looking for a quiet country style get away this is the place to go. We stayed in the tree house and the bird house. Very wonderful experience and a very nice family that hosted our stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

No, really! We stayed at the tree house. And we LOVED it! We just spent the Labor Day weekend at this lovely bed and Breakfast and would do it again in a heartbeat! Only 50 minutes from Wichita, this bed and breakfast offers the comfort of a hotel, the artistic touch of a small museum, while staying in the country...

This is a fun & unique bed & breakfast to stay at. Your room is in a remodeled barn! There are 5 rooms in the barn & a room in the treehouse outside. We toured all the rooms and they were nicely decorated. The grounds & barn were well kept & clean. The owners are nice. Cheryl was quiet &...

Visited here in 2012 as part of a large party for a 40th wedding anniversary. Being someone who has always wanted to live in a converted barn, it was a real dream. It's in the country. So, attractions can't be your thing, but it's lovely, quiet, clean, adorably decorated--and breakfast is tasty.

The owners of this property have worked very hard to make it a beautiful venue for any occasion but especially for weddings. That is why we chose it more than a year ago. We loved it because it has a simple but sophisticated beauty, it had hidden parking so we would have beautiful views no matter where we were taking...

“They have a gorgeous suite for the bride with an upper level and balcony - the rooms and the b&b are lovely, but if you're holding an event just be aware that you have to follow up on details, they just haven't figured out those are important yet.”
