The park and area are great but the lodge needs help. Old with thin walls - you can hear everything from your room. We had a king suite and it was roomy and cozy but not very modern. The enire lodge is not very handicap or elderly accessible at all. Also be aware that dogs are allowed. The restaurant menu...

We have stayed twice in the summer with grandchildren. They have loved it. We rent a cabin (two bedrooms/two baths, two full or queen beds per room). Kitchen has everything we need for quick meals. We eat breakfast in and usually out for lunch and dinner but could do all within the cabin. They have planned activities for the children...

Relaxing environment, delightful food, great trails all in close proximity. Great for a weekend get away and for getting in touch with the outdoors! Not sure I saw that they offered spa services, but that would be a nice addition

We stopped here on way home from Pigeon Forge Tennessee. We went over to check out the Cumberland Falls, it was amazing! We walked a short distance to take some pictures of the falls and we checked out the gift shop. Recommend this to anyone who likes to hike or just get out and enjoy the great outdoors!

Great Stay. Older quaint hotel but very well keep. From the time I pull up I have a warm and at home felling. The views from the patio over looking the river are peaceful and relaxing. The room I had, had two beds and was a little tight but not bad. I have T-Mobile for phone service and got very...

We were there in October 2016. Loved everything about the park and the lodge. The lodge was built in 1940. The rooms are small but vey clean and remodeled. The bathrooms were nice and quite large. The bed was comfortable. There was a large screen TV and a coffee maker for morning coffee. The restaurant was nice. The food was...

We ate in the restaurant and did not stay the night at the Lodge. The noon buffet had tilapia, beef tips, mashed potatoes and gravy, salad bar, two hot soups, etc. for only $9.00. We were told the evening buffet costs $14. With all the choices of food on the buffet, if you left feeling hungry you have only yourself...

We stayed one night at the lodge with a group from our church! The lodge was very welcoming and was beautiful, the rooms were a little old and cluttered, but they were nice and clean! The resturant was average at best, but we didnt go hungry...the view from the resturant was top notch!

We had a nice 2 night stay, room, beds comfortable, Internet, tv and coffee maker. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was not a problem but could be for some so make sure you request 1/2 floor as we weren't even asked!

Stayed at the lodge on Saturday October 15th. Our room was the first off the lobby and just down about 4 (wooden) steps. The room was one of the smallest rooms that I had ever stayed in. The noise from the lobby and people coming up and down the steps was beyond belief. Also the door to our room was...
