Low cost, good place, convenient location... Best place to stay in Pati, preferred choice since 2008... Many room sizes to choose, from single rooms, to family rooms. Very good price, acceptable room condition. Good breakfast, serving local food, home cooked styling. Walking distance to various local food stands and restaurants. Do not expect luxury, but good for experiencing the city...

Hotel Kencana Pati have around 50 rooms. Quite full in Lebaran Season. I booked 2 rooms - 1 family room, 1 standard room with affordable price. Have no problem with the bedrooms, but bathroom condition not so clean. Various breakfast menu everyday. The quantity of menu not so much even breakfast time not finish yet.

Right on target for the price. Room was clean and service was good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Shower was full blast and hot. Located right across the street from a really great church. I do recommend.
