This is a great hotel, with local charm and wonderful service. I stayed here for a conference and the room was elegant, clean, quiet, and with good wifi -- a great place to get work done and be comfortable. I particularly appreciate that the heating/cooling unit was super quiet, so it didn't distract me while working or interrupt my sleep.

The staff is great. The rooms are on the smaller side, like most boutique hotels. I could hear pretty much everything in the hallways, and think the hotel could benefit from more sound proofing. The lobby is beautiful and the front porch is great. Overall, it's a pretty space that is close to downtown and UK.

Everything went perfect during my stay at this hotel. It was exactly what I was expecting from a Hilton/Curio hotel: beauty, comfort, cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism. I was particularly pleased with how spacious and quiet my room was, and with the quality of the mattress, linen and towels. The staff service was also excellent.

Having been born and raised in the Bluegrass region of Central Kentucky I have fond memories of the Campbell House dating back to my early childhood when it was one of, if not the best hotel in Lexington. Truly fine dining was also offered. With this in mind and having learned it underwent renovation in the not too distant past... More

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly & receptive to your needs. It has always been a wonderful hotel & I always try to stay here when I'm in the area, but now being part of the Hilton brand makes it much more customer service oriented. This is an older hotel & some of the rooms are... More

We picked this hotel pretty randomly. We knew nothing about it's location or history. We were so lucky! The staff was amazing, rearranging rooms to fit our needs. The room was comfortable and clean. The attached sitting area was a great bonus. The on-site restaurant and bar would have been great if we'd arrived earlier. The location of the hotel... More

Was the only room in a long hallway that was not part of a weekend frat party. Kept up all night and into the morning. Not satisfied by the way it was handled. Staff need some major training/management

My family is staying at the Campbell House this weekend for a relaxing weekend to enjoy the races. The staff is truly wonderful. The folks at the front desk are really warm, helpful and truly the best thing this hotel has to offer. The complimentary shuttle also worked really well and was so convenient. We loved the decor too. Hi shannon11969! Thank you for the kind kudos regarding our staff! We all certainly appreciate that! I am sorry to hear about the noise near your room. Yes, this weekend we have had several functions taking place in our ballrooms, and so I understand about the noise level and how that can be a disruption. I am unsure of when... More

Hotel staff was very friendly and location was convenient. Unfortunately, the room design was not user friendly in that the bathroom is extremely small and there were no plugs near mirrors in the room to be used for getting ready in the mornings. Cleanliness was average. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Learned that this was a haunted hotel but no spirit... More
