We were in town for a wedding, and got to stay at the Gratz Park Inn. It's really adorable, with a nice garden outside and a charming lobby. Our room was totally fine, and what you'd expect from a smaller, more historic inn - the only weird thing was that the beds are SO high off the ground, you have...

Great building, location, lobby areas and on site restaurant but the worst rooms... so tired, battered and worn with absolutely no service from the front desk, no room amenities, not even a pen and paper takes this hotel right down the scale to 2 stars.

The historic character of the building sets the expectation that this hotel will provide turn of the century aesthetics on the inside. The lobby continues the charm, rich wood and dark finishes, small seating areas with antique furnishings. The host sits at a small table tucked away from view of the hotel entry. The staff was friendly and helpful. When...

I spent one night here in a Superior King Room. It was a nice corner room, quite big with windows. Once you removed the awful bedspread, the bed was fine and comfortable, but with flat foam pillows. The bathroom was spotless and pleasant. BUT, among the four chairs in the room, not one was comfortable. There is no breakfast included...

Had a great four night stay for the beginning of Keeneland Spring Race season and did not see a better option. Central location where we walked to many downtown attractions. The King Suite we booked (plaque on door said "The Lexington Suite") was generally well maintained, but tired and could use a complete soft goods and hard goods renovation...still has...

The Gratz Park Inn is a gorgeous, ideally-located hotel in downtown Lexington. The property and grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The staff is warm, friendly, & helpful. The front desk even helped me map out a safe running route in the downtown area (I opted, instead, for the small but well equipped work-out facility in the basement -- bring an...

Do not be fooled by the Inn’s website pictures or room descriptions. We booked two Superior King Suites in April. The website describes the rooms as “spacious, with high-end, well lit bathrooms.” I would describe the rooms as extremely dated and uncomfortable. While one of the rooms was spacious, the other was not. Varying room size is to be expected...

Thank you for your feed back on your stay here at the Gratz Park Inn. We would like to start by saying that all of our rooms are different in the type of style to the size of the room type. Note that we are also currently under renovations in a number of our rooms. We do apologize for anything...

Beautiful old hotel in the historic section. We chose this partly because it's dog-friendly, and were glad we stayed. Friendly, helpful staff and lovely historic public rooms. Bedrooms could use a makeover, and the pet fee was the highest of our cross-country trip. But its outstanding restaurant serves top-notch dinners and one of the best breakfasts anywhere, and the wait...

This property has old world charm, off street parking, and is quaint. We booked one of the suites on the top floor, which is well appointed as it relates to decor, but you will need binoculars to see the televisions and earmuffs to cancel out the noise from the street.
