Upon arrival the air conditioner in the room was off. The room was so hot we had to leave for a while to let the room cool down. When you opened up the door the smell of smoke hit you in the face even though we requested a non smoking room. Even the towels smelled of smoke. Mold was in... More

Hotel was average and adequate. It had basic amenities (fitness center) and the construction workers staying at the hotel were using the pool area in the afternoons. Their numbers intimidated the kids and kept us from using the pool. Breakfast was above average and included hot options (biscuits, waffles, sausage, bacon, & gravy).

Housekeeping did not make up room after our first night there. Phone did not work. Shower door leaked. Stains on the carpet. WI-FI was spotty. We had trouble getting our key card to work. When we asked for help at the desk, they told us that it was working fine - luckily we had a second key that did work... More

My husband and I stayed here. We had a room with a King bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were lacking. We checked in on the auditor's shift. He was brusque and barely spoke to me at all during check in. Upon check out the front desk clerk didn't appear to know what he... More

The room was OK,Liked the shower. Wi-Fi was free, but tough to access. One complaint-the television was awful. Half the channels weren't available and the others looked like it was off an old UHF antenna. Decent enough and for a one night stay-passable

Beds were excellent; room was great; breakfast was WAY more than just "continental". (Biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, juice, cereal, milk, yogurt, and so on...) Staff was wonderful and great to deal with. Really close to the airport and interstate so noise may be a problem (it wasn't for us). Also had an issue with some people begging for money... More

Made reservations in en route; got a very reasonable rate for a double room; breakfast is included and had many choices; room was clean; free wi if was a nice bonus; easy parking. Access off the freeway would be a bit confusing without GPS.

We stayed at this Sleep Inn for the NRA Annual Meeting at the convention center next door. We drove there both days because it was raining, but could have walked in 15 minutes. The only complaints I have are that when the hotel is booked up they do not have enough parking. The other was that I needed a razor... More

The location was great, close to where I needed to be, clean room, clean hotel & good price...BUT, I felt as though I was an "inconvenience to them. In my 2 night stay, not once was I greeted with a smile as I entered or left. No acknowledgement of my existence. Even just looking up & smiling, or a quick... More

I arrived on March 16, 2016. Very friendly people @ the front desk. Decent free breakfast & nice rooms. The problems I had were - 1) the mattress was very soft & offered me no support. I personally prefer a firm mattress & this was my first motel stay where the mattress was too soft. 2) the washer & dryer... More
