We stay here EVERY time we come to BR. It's convenient. Close to everything and a great value. Rooms are always immaculate. Staff is very friendly. During the summer, you can't stay closer to the water park (one exit away).

Extremely courteous staff. Clean room and fast internet. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn if you are in the Baton Rouge area. I visit Baton Rouge on business regularly and look forward to staying at Hampton Inn again.

I checked in at the Hampton Inn at around 5:00 pm on January 26, 2017. The check in process was smooth with Nestor at the front who was very helpful. I was assigned Room 315 which was clean and neat. the location was drab- nothing around to do no malls or restaurants, had to drive at least 3 miles to fine somewhere decent to eat I would have preferred to be in an area where there was some activity going on.

Overall a great stay, clean rooms and friendly service. If your in town to shop this is an ideal location. The Mall of Louisiana is just blocks away along with many other shopping centers. Tucked away on the service road access is hassle free. This is our third stay at this particular location and will continue in the future.

Located in a very convenient area to the mall and other shopping. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. We have stayed there before and always been pleased. I think they are in the process of renovation (at least, I know they are renovating the outside). Rooms are clean and look good, but the bathrooms could use some updating.

We picked this hotel strictly because of location but it's a fabulous hotel. First of all, we were upgraded, always a nice start to a stay. We checked in around 7:30 and got a great recommendation on seafood close by - The Chimes East. The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Management must be slipping the staff happy pills...
