We came over to the area for a road race and often stay in the city; this year found we had a little less income to throw about for a place to crash and stash our gear. The location is decent, near a chain restaurant and a convenience store (great for acquiring the post-race beer!); a shopping mall is not...

I have explained my complaints. 1. Housekeeping left soiled sheets from my 2 year old granddaughter. 2. Teens allowed to have parties and drug sales going on outside of my room at 1AM in the morning. 3. Promised new room.

Foot of the GNO Bridge -- 15 min. from the French Quarters and 1.5 hours from Venice, LA for Great Fishing. Last trip had to extend the reservation by 1 day. Staff was most accommodating. Love the ladies at the front desk!

Laquinta hotels are almost always very clean and very user friendly however the Gretna Laquinta was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in.. The tub was absolutely gross and there was a spider in our bed.. The corporate office seemed very concerned and the general manager of the Gretna Laquinta comped our room for which I was grateful..

This is a budget hotel, which we booked for one night as it was near the cruise port and we had been staying further away and didn't want to travel far to get to the ship. It's best point is location. It was nosiy, smelly and the bathroom was tiny. We complained about a bad smell as soon as we...

I enjoyed our stay. I wish they had king suites available when I visit. Although our stay was great, space for us was limited. We visited in October, the pool was still available. Our room was too small for three people and two small dogs. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, but the bathroom was very small for a...

A quiet stay. Friendly staff. No noise. Plenty of room/grass to take my dog out to the restroom. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Motel is only 9 min from the French Quarter. No problems. Nice, clean breakfast area. Good continental breakfast. Cereal, milk, juice, rolls, muffins, boiled eggs, waffles, coffee, Enjoyed the stay and would stay again. I would...

The staff were nice, but the rooms stink. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke, so I asked for another, which smelled like mold or mildew! I left and called LaQuinta's 800 number. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and helped me get a room at another LQ. She also said I should go back in and ask...

Rooms are ok for the prices. Bed are not as comfortable as other Laquinta's I've stayed in. The room had a musky smell and a fresh smell like other Laquinta's. Other than that it not to bad off the price of the room.

The stay at this hotel slightly accommodated our purpose of wanting to be close to the highway and Bourbon Street activities with a reasonable price. We were not to fond of the exterior nor the interior-bathrooms, but we were able to enjoy our vacation stay there.
