My boyfriend and I were visiting family for a birthday party and did not want to drive back home the same night. Although the bathroom wallpaper was dated, it looks as if the owners had taken some actions on updating the room with paint. I lived in Homer once but had never stayed at this hotel before. I was able to check in quickly and the lady who handled my accommodations was quite friendly. Given room 108, I found the room to be quaint and clean. Yes, the decor makes you feel as if you have stepped back in time but the room rate...

Not a bad place but the restaurant attached literally had a sign that said dont drink the water. Overall it was not a bad stay.... And the food was pretty good. Definitely stay again next time there is a Cypress Bottom Boogie!!!

I am writing this only to spare ANYONE else from going through what I am still experiencing. Bed bugs are so hard to get rid of and...

This is the only motel in Homer, LA, a small town on the Ark/La border. To say it is dated, would almost be a compliment. Nothing in the rooms matched (furniture, drapes, etc.). Everything looked like Circa 1950 or 1960. The dark wood wall paneling looked like parquet flooring. There were gaping holes around the window a/c unit and at...
