Stayed on business and will never stay again. Asked for a double bed and got a single. Had to chase down the iron to the room and when finally did arrive the ironing board was broken. When I got into the room the tv stand was pulled out and in middle of room which meant I had to move it...

After attending a good friends party I was looking for a hotel within a set budget as would only really be getting ready to go out and sleeping in the room for an over night stay. As a hotel this did just this my room was quiet and clean, but in need of some TLC as wall paper was peeling...

Living close to the hotel I have booked several rooms for family and friends over the last couple of years. I booked a premium rate room on Christmas Day and was very embarrassed when I was told the experience had been very poor. Further discussion informed me the room was very dated, wallpaper was hanging off the wall at the...

This hotel is truly horrendous. Please please please don't waste money staying here. It's SO dated. The decor, facilities or furniture clearly haven't seen any kind of investment in over 30 or 40 years. My bedroom was an upgraded room which is hilarious. It doesn't even have a mirror never mind the kind of lush facilities you'd expect from a...

We had our golf club annual dinner dance in the Naseby Suite in November. Fantastic room; good food, great disc jockey, and super staff who worked very hard to make our evening a success. Everyone enjoyed the evening immensely and we are returning in 2017.

Met a colleague in the hotel for a business lunch. When ordering from the bar menu we were informed by the bar staff that they could only offer sandwiches as the chef had just stormed out due to a payment dispute with the management! Not a particularly good advertisement to attract business customers! Unfortunately the hotel seems to have rapidly...

Room was clean good and comfy, good nights sleep and homely feel with large bathroom with a bath. Staff were not that friendly though didn't see many of them. We ate out so not sure on how the food was. The pool and sauna was open for us to use which was good and enjoyable as large pool and sauna...

Entertainment poor although good crowd so we made it a good night. Seem to be very short staffed, would not recommend also bad smell...
