Recently spent one night at the Belfast Harbor Inn and would definitely do it again. Situated on the main coastal road (US 1) between Portland and Bar Harbor (Acadia Nat'l Park), the inn overlooks Belfast Harbor and Penobscot Bay). It is also a short drive away from Bangor. We had an upstairs room on the harbor side that had a...

Had a great nights sleep in the updated rooms. Nice bed with pleasant interior. Friendly check in easy check out. Did not have continental breakfast but did enjoy coffee. Would defiantly stay at this Inn again.

The Belfast Harbor Inn was a totally enjoyable place to stay. My wife and I were wanting to get away from the Texas heat in August, so we decided that Maine would be the ideal place, especially since neither one of us had ever been. We stayed our first 3 days in Portland and then stayed here for the next...

Belfast Harbor Inn exceeded our expectations in every regard. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and suited our needs, the breakfast was plentiful and the grounds were fantastic. The little beach was perfect, just wish we had spent more time there. The pool was an oasis after another hot day. We had intended to stay...

Nice locally run hotel with beautiful views of the harbor. Minutes, but not walking distance to the town center. The rooms are neat and updated well. The breakfast is simple and good, nothing fancy, but a decent enough variety to satisfy most. Very competent and helpful staff. For the price an awesome deal. The only reason it didn't get 5...

We stopped here for overnight stay on our way to PEI and Nova Scotia. The hotel is impeccably clean. Staff were nice. The room is well stocked with coffee, paper towels and toiletries, they are pet friendly, location is convenient. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff with excellent service. Recently renovated. Good breakfast selections. Many rooms are harbor side with very nice views of Penobscot Bay. Close and convenient to downtown Belfast, and directly on Route 1

Gteat place to stay while passing through Belfast! I booked a room online. Once we arrived and asked if our room was bayside I was told it was not, but there was a "special" and got a room bayside for $30 more. Even though it was only 1 night it was nice to have bay view over highway view. The...

Rooms were great, breakfast in the morning just ok but the view was terrific and wireless was very fast. Good location as well for those looking for a place between Bar Harbor and points further south in Maine.

Belfast is located on the Penobscot Bay. When we asked if we could see or walk out to the bay, the manager said we could see the bay from our private balcony room on the bay side, if we wanted to pay more. He wasn't the friendliest person and it was getting dark, so we chose not to pay the...
