Stayed in a pet friendly 1st floor water view room for 3 nights. Our room was quite large and recently renovated with new rugs, bedding, furniture and fixtures. Per other comments, this property was extremely clean - we even noticed cleaning crews out on the balconies with extended vacuums! The pool area is nice with brand new lounge chairs, an...

We stayed at this inn for a few notes. Visited Belfast and drove to Bar harbor and Acadia National Park. The people at this facility were great. Our room was spotless and always made up. I have an 18 year old son, so a clean room is a wonderful sight. We also used there heated pool. I would recommend this...

We stayed for 3 nights & loved it! The renovated rooms are excellent - balcony, great mattresses and large bathroom. The hotel is close enough to walk downtown across the gorgeous pedestrian bridge or just a short drive. The harbor.bay view from the hotel lawn is lovely. Appreciated the pool as the weather was quite warm. Will definitely stay again. The...

I love this hotel! The location is fabulous with wonderful views of the bay. The rooms are tastefully decorated and neat as a pin. They do mot have an elevator but assistance was offered (and declined) as my room was on the second floor. The rooms even have a little balcony!

We recent took an 11 day road trip up the East coast & this was my favorite place to stay. Newly renovated rooms, lovely view out the back & close to the town of Belfast & it's lovely harbor. Also, the laundry facilities were good & and close to our room. I took my kids down to the water, we...

We stayed at a more expensive property in the same town last year and had a dismal experience, due to the absence of adequate curtains to keep out the early morning sun coupled with incredibly lumpy, uncomfortable pillows. This year we returned to Trip Advisor to find an alternative. The result? Our room at The Belfast Harbor Inn was excellent;...

From check-in to departure everyone was very nice. The room was clean and pleasant, but not deluxe. My family enjoyed the stay, although we weren't there too long. They do have a breakfast in the morning. Also, there is a laundry room. It's on the water, and we had a nice view. All-in-all, we'd stay there again. It's a bit...

Not realizing that lobster fest was taking place in Rockland, my friend and I had an extremely difficult time finding availability for a nights accommodations. After calling so many places nearby the front desk person at the Belfast Harbor Inn had one room left. It was a wonderful experience as we had a great view, a good breakfast that was...

The room was very nice. Newly renovated and we were 2nd floor with a view of the bay. Everything about the room felt new and clean. Really nice stay. As many people have stated the breakfast is not great if you are comparing to a Hampton or Fairfield but all in all not a major drawback.

It's been a few years but the BHI with newly redecorated rooms remains essentially the same. Nice view of the harbor ,clean and comfortable . We think the rooms and corridors could use some art. We miss the restaurant neighbor Nautilus Grill that relocated to in -town. Booking a full ocean view room on the upper floor provided an unobscured...
