While staying there we stayed completely to ourselves and were allowed to with no problems really. Being across from Hannaford's was helpful and also staying across from a really good laundry was a god send. We stayed back in 2008.

Room was clean, liked the big arm chair. Beds a bit high - almost needed a step stool. Owner or manager offered their help in getting our luggage into the motel room and asked a weekly tenant to move his vehicle so we could park closer to our room.

For the most part it was very quiet and quaint here. Noone really bothers you there if you keep to your self. I was able to comfortably study during through the day time hours. All of this with monthly rooms with ranges and spacious rest rooms.

Stayed here in February. Explained that I smoke to relive stress. Not only was I able to completely relax but I was able to fix a delicious meal in my room as well. The staff was always on site and so is maintenance staff.

The Cozy Inn is a comfortable homey place to sleep overnite or for an extended stay. Nightly rates are affordable and the efficiency style extended rooms are as well. The staff is polite and friendly, maintenance staff is on site to clear parking lot during extreme winter weather. Everyone pretty much keps to themselves, you can tell who are long...

We were just passing through and needed a room for the night. It was cheap, and we got what we paid for. The room was cold, dirty, old, and smelled bad. Our mistake. We won't stay there again. Our "non-smoking" room had cigarette burn holes in the upholstery of the chair. I'm all for inexpensive, but cheap does not have...

I have never stayed in such a horrible place. We only stayed here because we were passing by and every other hotel near buy was completely sold out due to hunting...

My buddy and I have been on a bike trip all week. We got to bangor, setting up for a big day and wanted to stay in a motel. All the ones around town were way over priced, but then we found the cozy inn. A smiling woman greeted us as we came in and told us what she had...

I was checked in for my weeks stay only after being badgered with personal questions that should be of no concern to any service attendant. After my display of disapproval of being interrogated I initially took the personal attention of being shown to my room as courteousness and an attempt to recover what rudeness she'd displayed but I quickly learned...
