Good for walkers

I stayed here for one night in a Deluxe room. Room was convenient and bathroom clean - only issue was there was no window in room (so next time would request room with a window). Hotel is situated conveniently in shopping disctrict and a short tuk tuk drive to the marina. I must commend one staff member in particular, I was late in leaving the hotel to catch my flight and the man at reception was very efficient in getting me an uber and helping me to leave as quickly as possible - helping me with ticket printing etc. (I caught my flight by10 minutes). Overall good value and recommended for a short shopping stay.

As the hotel names suggests it is in the prime location near Ernakulam railway junction and Jetty. Also it is very near to the Maharaja Metro station from where we can access any part of kochi. Rooms are little bit small, but service is good. No restaurants available in the hotel. But many restaurants available near by. Good value for money

Good location close to Maharaja's college metro station and ground. It is located in the commercial hub of Ernakulam, close to many restaurants. Not very far from the airport and close to Fort Kochi with the ferry. Clean rooms.

This hotel was booked online through Makemytrip by us for a day’s stay enroute to Lakshadweep. The hotel was well below expectation. The Deluxe room given to us was very small in size. Do not understand which camera angles they use to click photos of rooms for online selling. Two single beds were provided instead of a double bed. The bath too was small and basic. Light in bath was insufficient. There was no window in room No dressing area and no tea/coffee maker in the room as mentioned on Makemytrip site. Wifi was good in room. Bed linen and bath towels were ok. The Lift was not working and had to climb to the restaurant on 4th floor for breakfast. Restaurant had no AC, breakfast spread was very limited, the chutney was watery and no sambhar to accompany idlis. Overall a very average hotel. Look before you book.

I stayed here last 2 weeks. I loved the atmosphere of this hotel. Good staffs. All are very supportive.
I will recommend this hotel for everyone. I really love this place.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. I stayed there for one night. Rooms were very small. Bell boy has his own attitude. They offered me smoking room I request fr a non smoking room hotel staff was very casual sd sir ths smell will go away very soon. Ths hotel don't provide lunch and dinner fr that u have to go out nd find food fr urself. I dnt recommend ths to anyone.

I had a brain fart and booked this hotel by mistake. We tried to stay there anyway. Emphasis on tried. The person at the front desk said nothing when we walked in. No welcome or may I help you. He just stared at us with a blank face. The room had soiled linens and we had to pay 200 for ac. On top of that there is only hot water in the morning. The pictures online are not accurate. Those are from when the hotel was new. Very misleading.

The hotel is within the hustle and bustle of the city...Close to the Metro Station..
The hotel is clean and tidy. However their complimentary breakfast is a farce... There is shortage of staff and management does not pay heed to it making the customers suffer.
We had to wait for 45 minutes for our breakfast and when bought was not be good.
