Nice hotel... clean wash rooms, friendly staff. There complimentary unlimited breakfast delicious. Reception staff very friendly. Nearly located to Eranakulam south station Metro.M.G. road also very near to this hotel.

Stayed during last week of Dec22. We booked 2 AC rooms from Yatra. We reached the hotel ~11am and provided the rooms by 12noon. Rooms are okiesh and strictly budget stay. The AC was working well. Room and Bathroom were clean. Room is a bit clumsy but has all the necessary items. Restaurant serves only breakfast and is closed at other times. Many good nearby restaurants are there. Ernakulam ferry is ust 1KM from the hotel. Complementary breakfast is good. Overall a budget stay at a good location.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. Found it to be a good budget hotel within 1 km from Ernakulam junction railway station. Breakfast is also good. Restaurant is not available inside the hotel. So for dinner I went to Kayees restaurant at just about 250m away.

i stayed with my wife one night its was amazing experience great hospitality room boy and front office guys highly recommended thank you all of you. Room rent is affordable house keeping well maintained the room very comfortable easy easy to travel anywhere from the hotel

This is no where 3 star hotel, this seems a dharamshala No Room service provided, even intercom was not there in room Restaurant is closed Staff is not helpful and for even basic needs like water, towels you need to come downstairs and ask people for help

This hotel stay exceeded my expectations. I stayed there in October 2019 as part of my vacation trip with my friends. We could manage to check in very late only and that’s too at night. But the hospitality they showed was awesome. From picking us from airport and arranging a very good dinner very late than their usual timings, they really showed an example how hospitality shall be, rarely found in most of the hotels now a days.The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. I am pretty sure I don’t want to look for any other staying options during my next visit to Cochin.

It is always like back home being at Cochin and stay at this 3 star hotel makes it even cosier and homely. I am personal who mostly shuffle my stay across properties whenever I return to the same city - but it is always Aiswarya, every time I am in town and the reason is the first impression they could pull off while I was visiting Cochin a couple of months ago, when I was quite early to the hotel, way before my check-in time. Ideally, from the my previous experiences this was a spot on moment to have a heated up conversation with Reception folks and then a plausible escalation to the next level but to my surprise, they offered me an early breakfast (that too complementary, big deal these days! ) and a temporary room to get freshen up so that I could get where I needed to be on that day and then come back peacefully. Brilliant guys and keep up the good job - looking forward to my next and I loved the Butter Chicken!…

This is a no frills hotel. The services provided at Aiswarya are excellent. Rooms are modern and bed, bath linen were comfortably clean. Breakfast was good. Front desk manager Mr.Vijayan.N was very courteous and helpful. Friendly staff go beyond their duties to make the stay comfortable. Location is very ideal for moving anywhere in Kochi.Very conveniently situated, close to Ernakulam railway station. I would like to suggest this hotel to everyone.
