Holiday Inn is practical situated 43 min (60 min with more traffic!) from the Kochi Int. Airport. Good service from the young fresh helpfull staff. Even the Masala restaurant has service minded staff. Got a kingsize bed on the 14th floor with nice view. Bathroom big enough, with iron possibility and if course thee/coffee/mini bar. Swimming, dining with music, special coffee lounge. Complimentary cookies but unfortunately with eggs. Called to ask and they gave me a Indian vegetarian option. Two points. Good practical hotel especially if you stay just for a good connection to the airport. 1. If you really want sea sight then you have to choose other 5 star hotels. This one is near shopping areas as Grand Mall, Lullu Mall, Decathlon etc. 2. The only point that I could not understand from all the 5 star hotels in Kochi that they all serve beef. India also represents the protection of Mother the Cow. And is known to uphold the spiritual wealth. So it is for me not digestable and thinkable that Holiday Inn serves beef. Hope that we don't follow only 5 star international standards but also keep the Indian standard and be proud of it. …

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn, The location was ideal , food was very good , rooms clean, Service at the reception was outstanding. Check in and check out was easy. Over all all the staff were courteous and went out of the way to make our stay very pleasant.

Such a beautiful property situated at the best location in Eranakulam. Amazing Rooms with the beautiful city view. Staff is really good.
