Amazing stay and wonderful staff . Stayed four nights at the retrieve hotel George the manager is very helpful and all the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable bed. The rooftop area is very relaxing place to read, have some food or just relax for the day. Highly recommend this hotel for excellent service and comfort.

We enjoyed the wonderful stay at Retrieve health and wellness, a beautiful Spa hotel in the heart of Cochin. The staffs are very courteous and attentive to all our requirements, creating a homely atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious spacious. The food, especially the burger was so delicious, and we loved the ambience of the rooftop restaurant. Thanks to Retrieve team.

I was travelling solo in India; they have been very patient and kind to me - i.e the general man bought for me as a gift the repellent for mosquitos wheb I told him I was a little worried because of it (no reason to worry). The guys in the reception very nice, they have always helped me and the last day they let me stay there in the hall for hours while I was waiting to reach to airport. Dinner and breakfast super, rooms very clean and comfortable. I will come back for sure. Highly recommended also for the ayurveda treatemens. Thanks to All from Italy 🙏🏻❤️

I booked for 3 nights for my husband's birthday and was excited to enjoy the facilities including restaurant, spa, swimming pool and gym. On arrival, we were asked to pay in advance which is unusual but I paid. I then asked the manager if breakfast is included and he informed the restaurant is closed to due construction, disappointing but wasn't a huge issue for me.
A few hours later, I looked around and found the gym and pool looking a mess (see pics). I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were just closed for the evening. I messaged reception to ask what time they open. No response. I called them and a member of staff immediately came to our room and told me that the pool and swimming pool are also closed due to construction. I was understandably angry at this point and explained I had purposely booked this hotel for the facilities for my husband's birthday, which they knew because I had even messaged upon booking to make them aware it was his birthday. They had several opportunities to tell me this information in advance, either upon booking or as soon as we turned up, or surely when the manager said the restaurant was closed he could have also mentioned that everything else is too!?
I truly feel they purposely withheld this information in the hope I wouldn't notice or mind. The receptionist called the manager and I spoke to him on the phone, no apology but he eventually agreed he would meet me at the hotel in the morning to issue a refund. However, the next morning, he did not turn up and the receptionist said he is now on leave!? He sent a female member of staff an hour later instead to issue the refund. I felt it was incredibly weak of the manager to back out from seeing me after agreeing to.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable few days as we ended up searching around last minute to stay elsewhere, feeling angry that we were scammed.

Dear amh992 We are very sorry about your experience at Retrieve. We were upgrading our facilities & also introducing a new rooftop restaurant. The construction works were expected to finish by the time you arrived. However, there were unforeseen delays. We do take precautions to not disturb our guests. We apologise that Retrieve didn’t meet your expectations this time around. But we assure you that this is a one time process and we expect to finish all the works within the next few days. Our only aim is for Retrieve to be more customer oriented with additional facilities. We sincerely hope that you would reconsider Retrieve the next time around and we assure you that your experience will be completely satisfactory. Also, please note that I was not avoiding you as you mentioned above, but had to attend to an emergency situation the next morning. Hence, I could not meet you personally. The place is really neat and well maintained. Room was spacious and service was good. But for couples, I would personally suggest to find a better place, with better view as it was not worth the price for us. Another drawback was that, the price was not inclusive of breakfast. We had the option of ordering separately, so for the price they charged it was a waste. It’s a hotel with limited rooms & car park. Staffs were helpful.

This place is a great find. Located on a bustling street with shops, jewellers and street vendors galore, as soon as you step over the boundary you’ll enter a calming space. Through the double glass doors and into the spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, air conditioned foyer and reception. You’ll find staff who will do everything to make your time in Kochi, a memorable one. They cannot do enough for you. The manager was exceptionally helpful, arranging private taxis, tours and even a currency exchange to come to the hotel. We had several treatments at the onsite spa, ranging from foot massage to full body massage, excellent service every time. There’s a roof top restaurant and bar and on the day we left, it was all hands on deck with the preparations for their launch of the ‘Sky Cafe’, I believe it was called. This hotel is one of the best in Kochi and I would definitely recommend it.

Place is exotic and mind blowing. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Retrieve health and wellness, a hidden gem in the heart of Cochin. This property is easily accessible from both the Railway stations in Ernakulam. The staffs are very courteous and attentive, and made us feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with large glass windows. The food was delicious and varied, and we loved the nature greenery around the building . The only minor issue we faced was that choice of breakfast items were not enough. But that did not spoil our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Cochin.

Had a really wonderful stay at Retrieve. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always making sure that we were comfortable. I did not get the time to avail any of the spa services, but one of my friends said it was very good. Definitely staying here again the next time I'm in Kochi.

Really nicely built and well maintained property, gives you a vibe of a resort. Great hospitality and excellent staff. Kids loved and enjoyed the taste Brik Oven Pizza from their Newly started rooftop restaurant "SkyGrove". They enjoyed the rooftop pool also. Conveniently located with access to transport and eating joints. Metro station at walking distance. Thank you very much. We will come back again
