Pros - Clean & Tidy Rooms - 24hr Checkout service in Direct Reservation - Automatic Lighting sensor within Rooms - Courteous staffs & members
Cons - Average Buffet breakfast spread.
- They do have a great spacious restaurant but not utilizing the ambience. Hope the management could rethink on Utilizing the place availability.
Overall it was an excellent stay.

Worse hotel worst management,inspite of fully paid 4 months advance reservation I was given a room with no running hot water,no telephone,for three days not cleaning the room with a lot of requests.Not putting bottle of drinking water and newspaper as they promised in amenities.Almira had no rod or cloth hangers,no chair in the room.For everything you had to walk to reception for getting hot water in bucket.Last night they wanted to upgrade me for few hours but I declined as I had to leave 5 am.After checking out they sent me SMS with come again request,they really had the gall.
