This hotel is situated in Palarivattom near Mamangalam, a bit away from the main city centre. Metro construction is going on in full swing nearby, so expect traffic snarls nearby in peak hours. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. Service is excellent. They don’t have an in house restaurant, but serves buffet breakfast, with limited menu options. For lunch and dinner, you need to order food from outside and it takes lot of time to get delivered.

Good hospitality. Good comfort. But sad the Markz Inn doesn't provide breakfast in the morning where as all other business hotel provide free breakfast. It's a struggle that we had to get out of hotel n have food from nearby suburban hotel. I request The MarkZ inn to include free breakfast to the package.

Stayed here with family for one day on 20th Feb 2016.
Merits: Hotel is clean and situated in a relatively calmer place. Room was spacious; bath room was clean.
Demerits:
There is no restaurant available. You need to order food from outside and it takes around 45 mins to get it delivered. You get only machine tea or coffee in the morning.
Breakfast was made available in a ground floor hall; was ok but very low profile.
The biggest draw back is that the Wifi which the hotel claims to have was not at all available. Hence if any one plans to stay thinking that the wifi would be available might get upset. The sad part is the front-desk reception guy was not at all bothered about our concern.

We were welcomed with a warm smile. Thats it . that was the only time he smiled and we smiled.Right from there to when we checked out,nothing was worthy enough that will make us come back in the near future. The rooms are simple and neat considering that it is a recently opened hotel. The service boy(there seem to be only two) doesnt even look at u or give proper response. He seems like he is trapped at some place he doesnt belong to. He replies too are zombie esque. Had to order for towel and water. The rooms are noise being near to main road. Breakfast is a joke and is minimal as if some starvation is going on. Only one item other than bread and butter.With machine tea and Maaza.Not even an egg.No restaurent.and the Manager John turned a dumb guy when we were suggesting the changes needed with a face that was trying to express " Stay if u wish ,we are not going to change "

Booked the hotel because the travel website and TripAdvisor showed that this is a three star property. But I felt like I got cheated when I went to check in.
This property was nothig more than a conventional lodge with AC rooms.
There is no restaurant, nobody to attend calls 24 hrs, No buffet breakfast, No room service, nothing...
One could get better rooms and better service at half of the price.
This is not at all a business class hotel. Neither it fits for a family. This hotel belong to the class of lower class lodges. The staff in here lack the manners and professionalism that fits a business class hotel. This is not a hotel at all..
Most of the amenities displayed in the tripadvisor is not available in the hotel. seems like the owner was bluffing about all these.
Please dont opt for this hotel. You will get better rooms in this city with the same price.

I stayed here for 2 nights.. A very good experience. Neat and Clean rooms. Excellent and prompt room service. Very cooperative and helpful staff. Located at the core of city. Major attractions reachable within minutes.. Good taxi services given by hotel. The manager, staff are very helpful.. The food I.e breakfast served is very well Cooked and tasty.

I had come for a business meeting to Kochi. I had stayed at Markz Inn for 1 night and totally enjoyed my stay. The place was in reach for local transport which is a plus point. The staff was understanding. The rooms are well maintained and also there’s good wifi network available. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers.

If one is looking for a good hotel to stay in the center of Ernakulam with lots of access then without being charged much, the best place recommended is Hotel The Marks Inn Palarivattom Ernakulam.

. the markz inn situated in palarivattom cochin is one of the best places to stay if u are looking for very clean and well maintained rooms . the staff is very polite. good service . and also totally worth it .

I would definitely stay in this hotel if I visit kochi again. People are very warm n helping, quite economical. It is maintained very neatly. It is in the center for visiting places.hoping to visit again
