The inn is amazing. It is so well kept, you almost forget you're in 2013 and not the late 18th century. We were looking for an inn with water views and Pilgrim's Inn has wonderful views! Our room looked out the front of the house to the water beyond. The room was very large. Our only complaint was that the...

This is a classy place all around. The Inn is great, service is great, and the restaurant downstairs is a winner. We did not plan on eating there every night, but we did. My wife and I would definitely go back and hope to do so in the near future.

This was my first experience 'down-East' in Maine and Pilgrim's Inn was a big part of why I enjoyed it as much as I did. The accommodations -- especially our stay in the cottage -- was super. Homey, comfortable, cozy, but put together with elegance and flair. We also spent nights in a smaller room -- it was adequate but...

We biked through Maine in July and this hotel and restaurant were on the itinerary planned by our tour company, Backroads. It's basically the only place to stay or eat in town, and thank goodness it was really nice. The rooms are all unique and very lovely. (No TV's, thank goodness.) The on site restaurant The Whale's Rib was fantastic...

Staying at the inn provided such a wonderful home base while we returned to explore Deer Isle, this time on land and not under sail, and we found that we were always eager to return there. It is an incredibly beautiful, peaceful spot! We intended to try a few other places for dinner, but their food and menu was hard to...

Lovely, quaint Inn, with great location and excellent service. The size with 12 rooms was nice as you got know other guests. We stayed 3 nights and traveled the area on our MC. Each morning started with a great breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and 1793 elegant! We would certainly stay again. A special thanks to the innkeepers and staff.

This was our first time to Deer Isle and just loved the relaxed beauty of the area. We enjoyed Pilgrim's Inn, and will definitely return. Very friendly, the room was well appointed and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Be sure not to miss this Inn!

We were in Deer Isle this past week visiting family, and this was the second time we've stayed at this wonderful B&B. Last year my wife and I along with our two teenage sons stayed in the Inn, but this year, we brought along our two cocker spaniels, so we stayed in the Rugosa Rose Cottage which allows dogs. The...

We spent one night in Deer Isle on our way to a week's stay in Winter Harbor. We drove from the airport in Portland stopping in Freeport and other small towns. We arrived an hour before our reservation at the Whale's Rib restaurant in the Inn (make reservations). Our room was a lovely second floor room facing the cove across...

The breakfasts were out of this world!Friendly and efficient staff. The village location is nice as there are a interesting shops to visit. The Inn itself is right on the water with gardens and a...
