We had a last minute emergency and had to book a room on short notice. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly for our entire stay. We would highly recommend visiting this beautiful part of Maine and staying at Evergreen.

Sorry, I wouldn't know. My assumption is there are many trails all over the mountain area. I recall there was a trail in Gorham, Maine to Mt. Washington at the Dolly Copp Campgrounds. I would say it is at least an hour drive to Gorham ME from East Stoneham ME.. There may be another trail elsewhere closer.
