Beautiful gardens and var guards were the first impression. The friendly resident dog greeted us. From the welcoming drinks to the serving of the last round of coffee were well managed and organised. the venue is big and well maintained. Ablution facilities are kept clean and 5* The food were tasty and prepared wel for such a big group.

This is the fourth occasion I have stayed at Zulu Nyala Country Manor. The first time I stayed at the Family Room; it is very comfortable and spacious. The extra room for family is very convenient and the huge bathroom is very accommodating. As always the garden space and the super walk around available is attractive. The friendly number of...

This was a pleasant hotel although not that which our travel company originally advertised or confirmed before our departure from UK. Therefore the location was unsuitable for our expectations. We were supplied with an evening buffet meal as part of the deal. To me, admittedly a fussy eater, it was very disappointing and I ended up filling with bread and...

Our stay a Zulu Nyala was a wonderful experience. Every day from the start we were treated to amazing views of all manner of wild animals. Our guide William was a "game whisperer" who expertly tracked, predicted the movement, and occasionally spoke to the elephants and rhinos. Great hospitality from the staff and good food. Many opportunities to visit other...

We stayed for Valentines weekend and I felt they could have made it a bit special... However it was just a normal stay. The place is neat and rooms clean. My only complaint was the staff at the front desk. They are not well trained and when we checked in they were not sure about what was going on. They...

This place is absolutely appalling. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and clean, but that's where it ends. Not all electric plugs working. No plugs in basins. No kettle in one guest's room. The absolute worst was our evening meal. Everything was in Bain-maries & had been cooked long before. About 6 veggies, indistinguishable from...

We stayed on the 31st December 2015 with my family, It’s a pleasant place, we show few zebras and horses, there were few big dogs for what we were not happy as we are not used to pets. Only one issue we had was with the kettle, which was very dirty and not replaced as the staff responsible were off...

We had a amazing time at hotel. Food was excellent, service was friendly. Pool and surrounding area beautiful and gardens well maintained, and walk ways clean. Zebras, horses and antelopes in back garden. Room is large, two king size beds, good air conditioning and nice hot water. Julian the manger was very helpful in every aspect. Even our flight was...

Great stay. Friendly hosts and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Would have preferred a double bed but due to short notice booking got 2 single beds. The staff was very helpful to even meeting special requirements.
