We had a cottage that was very nice. The host, Jeff, was helpful with suggestions for hikes and activities to do in the area. He also booked a Moose Safari for us and that was just the best! Breakfast was very good, but quite heavy on the carbs.

Loved the feeling the minute we saw this beautiful home perched on the hill. My husband gifted me with a Moose Watch for my birthday. He asked the Moose Watch guy (Mark Patterson 207-343-0486) where he would recommend staying and this was it! It feels like a home (a grand one!) and the innkeepers are delightful hosts. Each room is...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Greenville area. The inn keeper was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was quiet, comfortable, and met our needs. The breakfasts were delicious. I am a vegetarian and there was plenty of yummy food to eat each morning. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch. We booked the...

On our way from Quebec City ( a must if you are in the area) we made a stop here to break up our trip back to Damariscotta, ME, this was a very pleasant and restful stop that we hope to make again. Reminiscent of hotels long ago, this is a very comfortable stay for couples and families.

We had several cottages and rooms reserved for a wedding at the Greenville Inn. Everyone was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the accommodations. And then you add the view from breakfast on top of that and it was picture perfect. Moosehead Lake and the town of Greenville was truly spectacular. I will go back if I ever...

My husband and I stayed there for three nights after our son's graduation from college. We were welcomed by Jeff from the start, and he ensured that our stay was perfect! While the restaurant had yet to open for the season, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts that he prepared. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like a...

My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to Maine. The owners are wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast is perfect. But the Tower Suite was amazing!!!! It is detached from the main inn so it is very private. There is a jacuzzi and extra floor area with telescope. We would definitely go back!!

The inn is wonderful and we highly recommend it. The location overlooks Moosehead Lake and is a short walk to the center of town. The innkeepers were very attentive to us (without being too much so) and clearly took great pride in this special property. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the amenities all we could ask...

We greatly enjoyed staying at the Greenville Inn. Out cottage was cozy, beautiful and well-equipped. The setting is gorgeous and the main building is an outstanding historical locale. The hosts were very nice.

This historical inn is gorgeous - no two ways about it! Its location, perched high on a hill overlooking downtown Greenville and Moosehead Lake, just adds to its eloquence. Stayed in the upstairs bedroom of the Shaw Suite and loved the owners' attention to detail in creating this lovely, comfortable space that was previously the carriage house. Breakfasts are varied...
