The location is beautiful. There are not many places where you can truly wake up and see the sunrise over the water right out your window, but this is one of them. Karen is a wonderful host and the property was a perfect getaway. The site was beautiful and it was easy to enjoy time there but you could also...

Location is great, breakfast is to die for, and hostess is just an absolutely lovely person. So what's not to like? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Thank you, Karen, for making our stay in the area pleasant and memorable. And thanks so much for your quick notification about my wife's lost earrings-- only valuable in sentiment --very valuable!

My wife and I only had the pleasure of staying for one night here but it was an ideal location, within reach of Acadia and Bar Harbor. Karen was a great host - she let us check in early after preparing the room immaculately for us and she made delicious blueberry pancakes in the morning. Our only regret is not...

Karen is a delightful host, her breakfast's are delicious and served on the deck overlooking a panoramic vista of water, and forest. It is a breathtaking view of Sullivan Bay, and one can walk down to the shoreline to observe the high and low tide phenomena, kayak, watch the wildlife. We enjoyed meeting all of her animals, and were treated...

This is my second stay at Three Pines B&B. The rooms are private and clean with a great view of the ocean inlet it is located on. Close to a number of hidden Maine treasures and natural wonders. Breakfasts served by the proprietor were just wonderful. Made with fresh ingredients grown right there on the farm. Looking forward to when...

Three Pines was purpose built as a Bed and Breakfast and was cleverly designed with the perfect amount of privacy. We had space to ourselves but the owner was magically available whenever we needed her. I wish we stayed longer because sitting on the porch looking out at the water was superb! I had been worried about finding a good...

We unfortunately only stayed one night at Three Pines, but we had a wonderful time. After a day of traveling and hiking in the Schoodic Peninsula, we were warmly welcomed to Three Pines by Karen. Our room was beautiful and peaceful. There were many dinner options nearby in Hancock, so many that it was hard to choose! In the morning...

It starts with a very secluded location with awesome water views. The guest quarters are physically separate from the home so even more privacy. There are two rooms (upper and lower). We stayed in the ground floor room which was very very nice. You will here some noise from the guests upstairs so if the bothers you request the upstairs...

We loved our stay at this quiet, peaceful and beautiful spot. The two guest rooms are meticulously clean and, because the guest rooms are in a separate building connected to Karen's home by a breezeway, we had more privacy than normally found in B&B's. The breezeway is a sweet spot that provides both sun and shade and allows for views...

Worth a trip just for the destination, remote farm with great views, Karen is a great hostess that works very hard to make sure you're taken care of and enjoying what northern Maine has to offer... Close to Acadia / Bar Harbor for fun day trips and hikes and numerous scenic drives.
