The Breakwater is very nice, in a perfect location . Don't miss the sunset on the lawn. Overall it was comfortable. There is a local fisherman's marina/fish supply hut in front of the spa building. We thought it was neat, but some may not like it because they arrive early in the morning to get started. If your windows are...

Booked a room in the Inn part of the hotel which had a great view and was spacious but could use some updating. The bathroom was clean but awkward. The color scheme and fixtures are mismatched and sink and commode were too close to each other making toilet tissue placement hard to reach. The continental breakfast was ample and good...

Just want to let everyone know that if you're staying in the Spa part of the Breakwater the internet does not work. It works in the Inn part though. These are two separate buildings. Overall experience was good, however, if you need an internet connection, do not book in the Spa section.

Loved the hotel. Rooms were great. Staff was super nice and helpful. Peaceful. Relaxing views of the boats coming in and out of the port. Continental breakfast was lacking, but the coffee was good. Would recommend the hotel for sure!

My husband and I just returned from two nights at the Inn. We loved our room, which overlooked the water and was beautifully decorated. The room was immaculate and offered lots of storage and closet space. There were two chairs in front of the window, which we loved while we had our early morning coffee watching the morning fishermen go...

The Kennebunkport Inn and Spa is a beautiful small inn. It has a full service spa in the Inn. The rooms are nice, the beds are plush and the location is perfect. It is a perfect place to escape the big city for a few days and is right across the street from the famous Mabels Lobster Claw Restaurant. A...

Located right on the river just before it flows into the ocean. our first night we were booked in the newer building which has the spa. Surprisingly, the fitness center was small and the equipment was covered in dust as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Our room was large and functional but lacking in charm. A bigger problem...

Wonderful views and the service was great. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Very good location to be far enough away from the bustle but close enough to easily get there. Breakfast was very good. Recommend!

I had a perfect reservation -- or so I thought -- at the Cape Arundel Inn. I arrived to find it was not at all what I was expecting. The Breakwater rescued me and I enjoyed a perfect and delightful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ambience was peaceful. I loved my water view room. The lawn...

Well maintained older hotel with adjacent spa. Rooms are large, well appointed, and comfortable in a casual coastal style. Staff is excellent. Very convenient to walk into town. The restaurant is actually quite good but also many other local choices. Bar is available but closes at 10pm due to town regulations, and one must again go into town to one...
