Great location, close to Wells and downtown Ogunquit. Pool and hot tub were clean. Pool was spacious. Outdoor grill and picnic table were great ammenities. Room was large and very comfortable. Great for families. There were many resturants in close proximity. Also close to many nearby beaches.

Good for families, lots of kids They REALLY need to keep kids out of the hot tub. The sign says under 5 but, the parents had little kids in there too. Sign should read - no one under 18 !!! Made it uncomfortable to be in the tub with so many kids. Pool is HUGE. Lots of chairs and a few covered cabana type setups. YES, they provide pool towels. They are in the main office. The breakfast was pre-frozen packaged muffins and danish. Coffee doesn't come out until the office is open at 8:00 am. We are normally up and gone by then. Very clean room, quiet and o.k. It is close to town but I don't think walkable is doable. HOT WATER IS HOT. Water pressure is good too. Coffee makers in the room are those pod/pad type ones so, don't bother packing any coffee or filters or KCups. Bummer. The hair dryer was powerful too. The pizza place next door was good... slow but good. They were down staff so call first - easy fix. Would we stay again? If they fixed a few rules and got KCup machines for the room, yeh

We stayed at the Ogunquit hotels and suites while we were in Maine for 3 days, great location ,closer to downtown and beaches ,beautiful hotel , they got outdoor heated pool , pretty big pool and a hot tub, few grills outdoor in the garden area incase you like to grill while you are on a vacation, picnic tables , coffee and hot chocolate all day long, muffins and danish’s for breakfast. we got the room with two queen bed and a twin bed which was perfect for a family of five ( not to many hotels offers 3 beds in their room ) Hotel staffs were very pleasant and our room were nice and clean. Overall very enjoyable stay …. Thank you!!!

If you want to spend your hard earned money at a self service hotel during peak season, than this is for you. I understand COVID precautions, but this was beyond comprehension. Upon check-in, we were told by the clerk they will only change the sheets every 3 days. Rooms would not be cleaned and to leave trash in the hallway and it would be picked up. If we wanted fresh towels, bring the dirty ones down and they'll exchange them. Due to whatever reason, "continental" breakfast was to be muffins, pastries, and fresh fruit. They did provide 15% off coupons for a restaurant to "compensate" for their lack of variety. Restaurant is probably owned by the group that owns the hotel. First day to check the "breakfast" was about 8:30 and was a couple partially frozen Danish and an empty coffee pot. Day 2 was muffins, Danish, and bananas that were pretty close to banana bread quality. Room was clean, however, had a weird smell. I suspect new carpeting? We had a "Luxury King with Balcony" which was a very large room. If you wanted to watch the small TV, you had to sit on the bed or grab one of the uncomfortable arm chairs from the table. No lounge chair as shown in the pictures on the website. Pictures on the website are deceiving the way they’re formatted so everything looks much wider than it really is. Pool was nice if you don’t mind people drinking alcohol and watching kids run around and dive in the water when there’s signs posted not to (swim at own risk). Location is not ideal either, unless you want to be kind of in the middle of nowhere. If you have a physical disability, such as my wife’s torn ACL, walking is out of the question to eat somewhere, unless you hit the pizza joint next door. Breakfast you’re definitely driving since most places don’t open until 8. We did find two that open at 6, but then again, drive. The trolley stop is next door, but that’s a whole different story. I hate being negative since I know it’s tough with COVID. However, I find it quite odd that every other business we went to, to include restaurants, provided great service and hospitality. Definitely a lack of effort by management to make an enjoyable stay. One suggestion, you have 2 clerks on during the day, have one go in the rooms and take out trash. A little effort goes a long way. I will end this on a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

I'm not sure where to start: 1. Booked our hotel over 6 months ago but our "deluxe suite" was a dingy room with a view of the back parking lot. 2. Room had no power. Was moved to a room next door to a long term resident who chain smokes in his room all night and the smoke pours into the room next door. 3. Beds so creaky that if one person moved, the whole family would wake up. 4. Twin bed unusable. Rocked when you tried to sit or lay on it. 5. No wi-fi our entire stay. Could not do work that was required for our jobs. 6. Blood stains on sheets. 7. No daily service for fresh towels, garbage change etc. 8. Hot tub was out of order the morning we wanted to use it. 9. No ice machines to be found. 10. The two pros- friendly staff, nice pool. Would not recommend or would ever return.
