Quaint historic B&B that is very clean and comfy. Spacious rooms. Tea/coffee making facilities in main hall. Good nights sleep - very quiet. Short walk onto the main street in old orchard bay. 20mins from Portland and fairly close to Kennebunkport.

I stayed here one night for the Maine Coast Marathon on relatively short notice. The room and hotel were exactly as expected. Room and common areas were very clean. Old fashioned decor and nothing at all fancy, but just what I expected for the price. The young woman at reception was very friendly and made some recommendations for dinner, and...

On a spur of the moment, we stayed at Old Orchard Beach Inn. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean. I would recommend the place. We are planning to go back there again. It was a perfect spot for couples and family. Thank you for making it a wonderful stay for us.

I've grown up visiting Old Orchard Beach my whole entire life, since I was a baby, because my grandmother and grandfather retired there. They lived a walk from the beach. My family use to stay at my grandparents house a couple or few times every summer. Their home was sort of a meeting grounds for all of our widespread families...

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious (the blueberry scones were to die for!!!). Located close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying at the Inn. FYI: We were just passing through so it wasn't a big deal, but the area gets quite sleepy after Labor Day when a...

The Inn is clean, has a fantastic offering for a continental breakfast and the most beautiful deck to sit and...

We have been here many times with our 2 daughters. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in always fresh and the homemade breads are wonderful. The girls especially like the afternoon treats! The Inn is always clean and well maintained. You are steps from shops, restaurants, the beach and the amusement park. Everything you need is...

My daughter and I stayed here in 2015. We both thought it was so great that we're staying again in 2016. (If you need separate beds, try room 3 or 11.) The place is very clean and Christina, who runs it, is extremely knowledgable. You're a couple of blocks away from the beach which is a benefit because the noise...

The Inn is quite old so I understand that you can't necessarily change it a great deal, but the furnishings are dated and the lighting in our room was terrible. Still our room was quite large and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. Plenty of free parking and a short walk to the beach.

We stayed here for a weekend while visiting Portland. We wanted to be close to a beach so we decided to stay at Old Orchard Beach. I'm so glad we did. It was fun to be able to walk to the pier and play some old school arcade games and ride the ferris wheel while staying at a nice inn....

“Ask to see a few of the rooms before you move in. There are a lot of rooms and they are all vastly different. Some quite small and others really large. The building is built like in the 1700s so you are going to hear the traffic outside if you face the street which we did; but the cars don't go fast so its not loud at all... also, you do hear people in the halls and in other rooms because this is a very old building. But most bed and breakfast goers are aware of this and it seems like everyone knows to keep it down.”
