Very nice accommodation, with an excellent location. Room was nice and service was very helpful and friendly. Excellent for couples that may not want the hustle and bustle of the beach but it is a short 5 minute walk through the interesting business district. Best of both.

The accommodations were comfortable, very clean and located close enough to walk to the beach but not too close to the crowds on the main street. Breakfast was good and I loved eating on the porch. My room on the top floor was quiet but I could hear the screams from the amusement park.

This hotel is adorable and immaculately clean. The rooms are huge and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good - yogurt, granola, bagels, scones, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, etc. We ate breakfast on the front porch which was nice. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the attractions but thankfully, not right in the...

Very conveniently located to downtown and the beach. Wonderful porch setting for breakfast. Try to get a room not on the street if you are sensitive to the sounds of cars, etc. But the rooms are lovely and spacious.

I was confused by other reviews which referred to its waterfront location. The Inn is a short walk to the beach. The ocean is not exactly visible from the property but this is a plus. Its perched on the top of the commercial street, but literally across the street away from the bustle and tourist shops. Fantastic ice cream and...

I just adore this Inn! It is the quintessential New England Inn with spacious rooms and clean, clean, clean!! It is a short walk to stores, restaurants, the amazing Old Orchard Beach and a super fun amusement Park with great rides and games. The front Porch of this Inn is a relaxing place to relax and enjoy the yummy continental...

Waking up to the sound of the waves was worth the whole price of admission. We visited this quaint hotel with our son's sports team for a tournament. We booked four side-by-side waterfront rooms. It was a heavenly arrangement. The pier and activities were an easy block walk away. We all convened on the balcony for evening gatherings, sitting on...

Our second visit to this fine establishment in the past 12 months. First visited in October 2013 and fell in love with the location. Right on the beach. Clean units, affordable in off season, very friendly staff, great breakfasts right on site, carrying owners, Fred and Ann Kennedy are the best! Looking forward to another Fall 2014 visit - can't...

This was my first visit to Old Orchard Beach for a romantic Maine weekend. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and LOVED it. Very nice people running the Inn, very quaint town. Great candy shop just down the road and DELICIOUS seafood everywhere. Highly recommend this Inn--we are already planning a return visit!!

Sea side resorts have a certain charm out of season and the charms of Old Orchard Beach are enhanced by the Old Orchard Beach Inn, where my partner and I stayed at the end of October. The Inn has at its heart an old farm house, although all looks to be of one period, and is sympathetically furnished in keeping...

“Ask to see a few of the rooms before you move in. There are a lot of rooms and they are all vastly different. Some quite small and others really large. The building is built like in the 1700s so you are going to hear the traffic outside if you face the street which we did; but the cars don't go fast so its not loud at all... also, you do hear people in the halls and in other rooms because this is a very old building. But most bed and breakfast goers are aware of this and it seems like everyone knows to keep it down.”
