Booked a last minute couples deep tissue massage. Heavenly! Arrived early and utilized the hot tub. Exactly what we needed as the temperature that weekend was subzero. Beautiful locker room, showers, hairdryers etc. Will definitely come back!

The location is the best and worst thing about the Regency. Best, because it's right n the heart of the Old Port area within easy walking distance of the waterfront with all of its restaurants and shops. Worst, because that wonderful Old Port area is full, is full of bars. Loud drunks roam the streets until the bars close around...

We really like this downtown hotel - comfy rooms, comfy beds, great service, nice valet parking, fabulous location. Been there twice for conferences. Only downsides are the food is mediocre, the coffee is terrible. The ladies room has only cold water at the sinks. Portland has so much good food, just eat elsewhere. There's a very nice coffee shop right...

My boyfriend and I stayed here on Christmas Eve. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The valet service was quick. The room was spacious. You can't beat the location. The hotel decor is a bit dated (although I LOVED the room with the maps) but as for service, no complaints.

Great service and all the amenities you want in the Old Port of Portland Maine. It is nice to see so many employees who have been here since we...

This hotel delivers! Sits in the heart of downtown Portland, walk to everything. So clean. Beautiful public spaces. Spacious rooms. Amazing beds, linens and pillows. Plus a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi make this a must visit hotel! Complimentary tea, coffee and pastries delivered to your door in the morning. We didn't try the restaurant, but it is very highly...

I've stayed here a number of times and have enjoyed it immensely. Close to restaurants, shops, and a pool hall right across the street. The staff is accommodating and the food is excellent. I just reserved a room for another long weekend and cannot wait. I highly recommend it!

After spending extra for what I thought would be a hotel a step above some of the other chains, we were given a room in the basement. If you opened any window shade, people on the street were literally looking down at you through basement type windows which of course drew people's curiosity even more. Additionally, the room was under...

The Rengency is located in a historic armory and in the heart of Portland. The service is great and the choice of restaurants in the hotels offers a little formal in one and informal, tavern in the other. They have undergone a renovation so all the rooms have been updated. They offer a full spa. We have stayed there a...
