Perfect location, close to everything, really cozy and clean, this is a great place to stay. The house itself is interesting and rooms have interesting details. Breakfast was great and the owners/staff were very friendly. I would recommend staying here.

My awesome (and beautiful) wife reserved a room here for the weekend for us as a birthday gift on my 50th. Great, no pressure, hospitality and this old but impressively restored home is in great shape with rooms that are well appointed with modern necessities. The breakfast? Wow! No matter your tastes, you will be happy. Stuffed cinnamon French toast...

We recently stayed in Portland in order to catch an early coach to Boston. The Inn at Park Spring proved to be an excellent choice. Even though we arrived a bit early, we were welcomed by Deb, the gracious assistant innkeeper. We told her we would have to miss breakfast due to our required early (7:00) departure. She quickly put...

My wife and I were in Portland in the summer, and had walked past the Inn. It looked charming, and we went in for a quick look and resolved to stay there during our next visit. I had the occasion to finally stay there for one night during one of the coldest December days that Portland has seen for some...

We had a lovely stay at The Inn at Park Spring! The location was great - nice 10-15 minute walks to major sites in town and wonderful restaurants. The hospitality was excellent - Deb, Buddy and Michael were so warm and easy to talk to. The food was delicious - breakfast included a starter plus a main course with every...

We stayed five nights at the best bed and breakfast. Deb and Buddy were very accommodating. Their hospitality was excellent! The rooms were clean and comfortable with great character. The breakfasts were creative and delicious! We would give it six stars -if they had six stars. Highly recommended! Tim and Lydia

Tim and Lydia,,,thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure getting to know both of you and talking of your daily travels. And hearing about the search for the perfect home in Maine. We are so happy that you are now settled and are becoming Mainers. Please stop by and see us during the holiday season....

We had 2 nights at the top of the house and loved it. This glorious old house has been beautifully preserved and is full of character. The guest lounge area is lovely - big squishy, comfy sofas and a baby grand if the mood takes you! Our room was in the eves and had plenty of room around the king...

Having grown up in Portland myself, I have never stayed in a B&B there. ParkSpring was lovely. Conveniently located (an easy 10 minute walk from the old port, 5 minutes from Congress Street), beautifully decorated, totally comfortable. Very friendly reception and a WONDERFUL (eggs benedict, my favorite) breakfast.

We just stayed here again for our 5th or 6th time, and just as before were treated to a wonderful stay. Deb and Buddy are the ultimate hosts. Our room(#4) was an easy two-flight walk-up. It was impeccable, quiet and cozy. Nice attached bath with shower. The breakfast was superb with lobster eggs Benedict done to perfection. The Inn is...

It is simple. Beautiful, spacious room (we stayed in #2), proximity to town perfect. The food? good god. But it's the soul of the place that keeps us coming back. Buddy and Deb do everything possible to make their home your home. We don't just look forward to returning, we plan things around it. You will love it.
