We just checked in this lovely hotel. Alisha, the manager was so accommodating and helped us get upgraded to a suite with a fireplace. The staff here is so friendly. Room is spotless! First time in Maine. Definitely wonderful so far. Came for Christmas events.

Located just off Commercial St in the Old Port section of Portland. We had a very spacious and clean room, nicely decorated with an oversized bathroom with large walk in shower. Free Starbucks Coffee set out on every floor by 7 AM. FREE transportation to and from your dinner restaurant. Just tip the driver. Wow

My wife and I spent our birthdays in New England and the Portland Harbor Hotel was the perfect location to begin our tour of southeastern Maine. We viewed the great fall colors, went to Kennebunkport, LL Bean headquarters, pick your own apple orchards for fresh off the vine Raspberries. PerfectTrip! The hotel is really beautiful inside with a comfortable bed,...

Thank you for staying with us. Fall colors this year were very vibrant and lasted a little longer than usual. Glad you enjoyed Maine at its best. We look forward to your return.

Although it was a nice experience and the food was adequate we were quite disappointed with the food selection. I was looking forward to the pumpkin bread pudding and there was none. The appetizers were pretty basic. Menu said oysters on the half shell and there was none. I asked the chef that was carving the meat where the pudding...

Thank you for taking the time to share you experience with us. Our sincere apologies for your disappointment and the comment by the staff . Went with my wife to celebrate our tenth anniversary. We arrived to the valet desk and I have never seen a valet so happy with his job. He even cleared out our Dunkin Donuts trash from the ride up to the hotel. The lobby is upscale and old charm without being dated. We had a great amenity in our room...

Thank you for the compliments. We do have great team in Valet. Very glad you enjoyed the anniversary gift amenity. We hope to see you again soon.

This hotel is clean and conveniently located. The only issue was the late night noise. Our first room overlooked the nightclubs and there was so much noise until the bars closed. We moved for our second night and received a credit to our bill for the inconvenience. Our second room overlooked the main road. Again, this room was loud as...

A five star hotel in a beautiful little city! The staff is wonderful. Very clean and accommodating! I would go back in a minute! Not a place for small children though, definitely a grown up kind of place. Just can't say enough about this place

My wife and I stayed one night at the Portland Harbor Hotel in November. We were greeted by extremely nice valet attendants that gave us suggestions of where to eat and what to do. The check in process was easy and quick. The room was very clean and nice. We stayed in room 317, which looks out on to Union...

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our neighbors get loud sometimes. I am glad the valet team was very helpful. They do a great job. Please feel free to let me know when you plan to return, and I will help you make the arrangements for a garden view room if available. We look forward to your return.

Booking a suite was confusing. A coupon deal for dinner was confusing & unnecessary as it afforded no discount. The food is pretencious, was all tasteless & overcooked. Too many room mishaps to be comfortable- broken lamps, showerhead, a/c too forcefull. Checkout was flubbed from a computer mishap. No morning newspaper. Room unwelcoming w/ lights off when entered. This was...

Such a great weekend trip to Portland. This hotel is right in the middle of it all and provides top level customer service. Our room was also lovely and clean. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!
