We've stayed here several times and loved it. Beds and pillows so comfortable and location can't be beat, but our most recent visit was bumpy. Chocolate on the pillow and water by the bed was left for one person only. Why wasn't housekeeping told that two people were staying in the room? Why couldn't they figure it out? For a...

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience with the phones and the missing water and chocolate. I have discussed it with our team to make sure this does not repeat. Parking charge is common for all downtown Portland Hotels due to lack of sufficient parking in Portland. The self parking options nearby are much more costly than our valet parking fees....

The Portland Harbor Hotel is definitely a little boring. With that being said, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the wifi is fast. No complaints! They also have a decent bar and breakfast. The location is fantastic as you can walk to everything throughout the city center within 5-10 minutes.

This was our third visit and just as good as the first two! From the valet to check in, room service and all other staff we were greeted warmly and all requests met perfectly. The location is amazing as well right in the middle of old port with plenty to do and see!

We stayed for a long weekend in January, 2 adults, 2 small children. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room temp was actually hot, but I adjusted the thermostat and became comfortable. Rooms aren't fancy but are clean, nice and have all you really need in a room. We were facing the street and did not have...

My husband and I traveled to Portland for a wonderful get away. We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, the outdoor fire and drinks were great ( even in the snow), and breakfast was fantastic! We will be back again. Great location to everything in the Old Port.

From valet parking to check out was a great experience. We live 10 miles outside ofPortland, Maine and are familiar with the area and wanted to stay where we could walk and not need to drive. Location is great. The room was clean and quiet. Complimentary Starbucks coffee on each floor in the morning. Chocolates on our beds each night....

Stayed here on a bachelor party weekend with friends, and the accommodations were spectacular and classy. The location can't be beat for being near the water and the night life with just a very short walk to both. Wont stay anywhere else when i come back up here.

My wife and I decided to spend the night here last Saturday. We drove up from Rhode Island and did some shopping in Freeport. Once back to the hotel it was snowing and roads were bad. The valet parked or car near the door and we left it there until it was time to head home. The valet was wonderful,...

Bring walking shoes because one of the fantastic amenities is the closeness of everything--ferry terminal, restaurants, museums, cinema, bakery, pubs, wine shops. If you don't have time to do your homework, the concierge will help you make reservations and locate businesses. If you arrive early, the valet service will park your car and keep baggage until your room is ready....
