I stayed here again while I was visiting an old friend. The second day of the 6 night stay, the elevator went out, so I walked up and down to the third floor during most of my stay. One reviewer mentioned the stale smoke smell when you enter from the parking lot - still lingers on. Yes the front desk...

We stayed one night at the Northeastland Hotel in Presque Isle for a wedding. It was less expensive than other hotels in the area, and it was recommended by another hotel. We were somewhat disappointed for the following reasons: While put off a bit by the outward appearance, I was put off even more by the overwhelming smell of stale...

This is truly a hidden treasure hotel and its one if you are in the area should try. The desk staff cannot do enough for you and nothing was a bother. An example of this was the elevator was not working and the front desk men carried our bags up three flights and the next morning carried them down for...

Large rooms. Very friendly staff. Good bar is this very large hotel right in the center of Presque Isle. The hotel looks old but the interior is upgraded and very comfortable. Quiet even when on the main road. Close to the beautiful river park.

We stayed here because our cousins stayed here, but I found better than expected. The rooms are huge by today's standards. There is a fridge, TV, large bathroom. It is right in downtown Presque Isle but here is ample parking behind the hotel. We used the lounge at night to have a drink, and the cafe in the morning for...

We stayed one night at the Northeastland October 4/5. We reserved two rooms. One was a suite for my wife and I and the other a two queen extra large room for our college aged kids. Everything was clean and suited our needs perfectly. We have stayed there before and keep going back there despite the presence of newer chain...

The downtown location is excellent, and the staff here are among the friendliest, most polite, and most conscientious I have encountered anywhere. They are courteous, kind, and try their best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your stay. I cannot speak more highly of them. The room I stayed in was on the 3rd (top) floor, facing Main...

My wife and I traveled back to our hometown of PresqueIsle to attend my 30th High School reunion which was held at the Northeastland Hotel in downtown PresqueIsle. We also stayed for three nights at the hotel and were very pleased with the rooms, and especially the service of the staff. The reunion itself utilized the red room for the...

My family all lives up North in Van Buren. Since being promoted to my new job, I have not been able to visit as of last summer. When I got home Friday evening, my husband surprised me with plans to go visit! We packed up the family and headed out around 8pm. from Bangor. We originally planned on staying at...

We were given room #107 when we arrived. told to go out the back to the outside entrance, when I inquired if there was an interior entry I was told "oh yea from the second floor". we went out the back and to back entrance to the hallway. it smelt of smoke and mildew. The room itself was dated in...
