We enjoyed our overnight stay at this lovely, homey B&B in a neighborhood just outside of the busy town of Rockland. Very walkable to the downtown area, on a fairly busy street but the noise did not bother us since we used the AC. The room was clean, nice linens, comfortable bedding and spotless clean large bathroom with shower, in...

My wife and I stayed for two nights over the July 4th weekend. The location is perfect - very short week to the water, shops and restaurants. The inn also has a beautiful porch that gets a nice breeze and is great for hanging out and having a drink or lunch. Our room was very clean and quiet and considering...

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night so that we could go to Primo for dinner. Everything was just right about this B&B. It was a clean new room. Bathroom was clean and worked well. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect to visit downtown area of Rockaland as well as to walk to Primo. I have no complaints...

How fun to stay at an authentic B&B Clean and charming Very comfortable surroundings. The owner is such a great conversationalist and cook. We had fine breakfasts while talking with her (Sandy) and the other guests. Evenings chatting as we sat on the porch enjoying the breeze. The location is perfectly in town and near the water as well. A...

Fee was not mentioned in either the phone conversation to book the room or the confirmation email. SURPRISE!!! Felt B&B experience was average - nice decor until you realize you don't have a headboard and the bed isn't against a wall (can't sit up and read - only one chair in room) - so we decided to head upstairs to...

First time we have been to Rockland. Very nice town, with many things to do. Ripples is a great place to stay since it is downtown, seconds from the water and everything that is happening. The breakfast was excellent.

I stayed at the inn with my sister. Sandi took good care of us. The rooms were lovely and clean. The breakfasts were wholesome and designed with care. The Eric Hopkins print in the Zen Room was wonderful. A gray and quiet trip to Maine. We felt at home in this safe, tasteful inn.

My wife and I honeymooned in New England and found this great BnB. Sandy is a great host and the rooms were very nicely appointed. As is common in Maine, folks wear many hats and work several jobs, and Sandy was called to Portland to work. She called a friend to stand in, enter Marilyn, also a lovely and charming...

we stayed here as a place to stage our dinner at Primo's from. We arrived in awful May weather at about 3pm. Sandy - the owner - is an interesting and very nice woman. The place is sort of classic B & B - filled with knick knacks, bric a brac, about 5 rooms, very clean, well decorated, a nice...

A great find in Rockland, Maine! We made this reservation so that we would not have to drive the 2 hours home after a late-night dinner at the wonderful and well-touted "Primo" restaurant. FIrst, the Ripples Inn is just 0.8 miles from the Primo. Walkable! Both to this fine eatery, and to the Main St. strip. The Ripples owner, Sandi,...
