FROG (Forest River Owners' Group) hosted a rally here in October for about 40 RVs. The campground was wonderful and the staff could not have been more helpful. Many of our sites were long, level pull thrus. The campground staff catered a lobster dinner for us, arranged both a cruise on the bay as well as group trolley rides through...

Choose this campground based on Good Sam ratings and trip advisor reviews. It does not dissappoint...neat, clean and convenient. Pull thru sites are very long with enough room on sides to open awnings. Very pleasant stay.

We joined 7 other "Mutant" RVers for a week of festivities at the park and visiting all around the fantastic location. Acadia National Park is a MUST SEE and enjoy. It was a short drive to many other attractions and great restaurants. An added benefit was: There was a WalMart closeby.

We wanted to stay at a park fairly close to Acadia NP. We found some that were very expensive and looked a bit crowded. Timberland Acres RV Park was convenient to Acadia and very affordable. They honor our vets by offering a military discount! Our site was a very long level pull thru in the back. There were no pesky...

We camped here on our trip to the Maritimes. We had a secluded spot with water & electric. No views, but that why we came to the area. So much to do that we didn't spend too much time at the campsite. Everything was well organized with clean restrooms and great "free" showers.

We chose Timberland Acres as our base camp while visiting the surrounding area for two weeks. The campground is clean and well maintained. We chose a full hookup site located out in the open so we could use our satellite. There are also sites nestled in the woods if you prefer. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with smiles...

We were here 2 years ago and enjoyed it then an still love it now. We had a large spot (200) with room to move. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Price was very reasonable when staying for a month, we stayed mid August- mid September. Reserve early as they were busy in 2016. Clean and well groomed! Easy...

Nice park and friendly staff. All amenities are at front/entrance of park, including restrooms making it a bit difficult for campers at far end. Shady spots are in outer borders which, it looks like, are seasonals . (We were there early August). Sites in center are full sun and quite hot. Pool is very small and surrounded by trees so...

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice wooded site even though we just called in for site today. Bathroom and showers were clean. Nice large laundry room with 8 washers and 8 dryers. Haven't tried showers. There appears to have alot of seasonal campers in large motorhome on lower lot. Camp is close to stores shops and restaurants and Bar Harbor.

Well priced tent sites are a little bit small but arranged nicely and private. Staff super nice and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and free. Pool was a nice bonus. WIFI very slow but said as much when we arrived. Would be a 4 but a bit tired but would definitely stay again and recommend it!
