Great place!! Easy access to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, and everyday stores if you need them.
We stayed three lovely nights. Our room was exceptionally clean, light, airy, and comfortable.
Katherine and her staff were warm and friendly. We will definitely stay there again!!

I am a dialysis patient and require a room that doesn't allow pets. I appreciate that you allow pets with your guests, but because of infection possibilities I would need to have a room that is void of pets. Also I greatly appreciate a first floor room so that I don't have to carry my machine up stairs. Thank you.

I didn't realize TripAdvisor had this Q&A section until I came across it today, So I apologize for the delay in responding. Yes, we do have pets on the property and guests can have them in their rooms if they book a pet friendly room but we do not allow them in all the rooms. We have a number of rooms that are pet friendly and we keep them just as nice as the other rooms because we don't believe pets deserve anything less. But we are aware that some customers have allergies to animals and it is important to be able to offer a room that has never had an animal in it. More than half of our rooms have never had an animal stay in it so I can almost always offer you a room the is pet free. Two-thirds of our rooms are on the first floor so as long as you book with some notice we should be able to offer you a ground floor room in any style except our Queen Kitchens which are all on the second floor. Thank you for the opportunity to answer your questions. Have a blessed day, Katherine (Owner)
