Stopped over night without reservations during the off season. Sign advertised queen room at $39. None available, but was given a king room at same price. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Free breakfast was included with three varieties of doughnuts, juice and other beverage including coffee. Overall a nice place to stay.

I can't blame the hotel for being what it is. My beef is with Expedia.ca. When planning our trip to Ogunquit I decided to "roll the dice" as they say and let Expedia choose the hotel for us with their "Unpublished Hotel Rate" deal. I asked for a 2.5 star hotel and they gave us this place...which is NOT a...

I cannot beleive all the negative complaints about this hotel. We went there off season, and paid $50/night. With breakfast included, BBQ available, shuffle board, basket ball, picnic tables... The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Of course there are going to be some minor clitches (mirror was foggy, the Television set was tiny etc...), but what do...

My Husband & travel frequently & to various countries. We love not always staying at Marriott 5 stars, but local charm to set a traveling experience, not the same everything experience, just in a different location. We were very hesitant about staying here, because seriously for this price I've only ever seen dives, but the pictures & other reviews persuaded...

We stayed here last minute as a stop on our way to Bar Harbor. The price was what attracted us and I can honestly say that for the price it was good. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room, though, was dated with an old box tv and a bed which really needed to be replaced. It was like...

The best part of the stay was the staff at the front desk, Spencer. Very nice. He should be working at a better property. I'd read ahead of time the rooms were outdated. Extremely outdated. They were right. The room had been sprayed with some strong chemical freshener. The sheets were dirty on one of the beds. There's a lot...

It is a good priced hotel for being in a tourist area. The porches have been recently up dated, pool looked clean. Has trolley service to and from hotel to take you to restaurants etc. The rooms are well kept but a little out dated. Breakfast every morning is included. They have grills and lobster pots for grilling needs, lots...

WE stayed Sept 2014. This is the second time. Yes the property might be alttle dated, but it is very clean. The workers and management are super nice and great with my son who has autism. Can not beat the rates. First time we where on the second floor and had a very slow wi-fi connection. This time on first...

Found a great deal on Booking.com for a last minute getaway. Found Majestic Regency listed for $55.00 night, king size room, with breakfast included. Arrived before check in time but innkeeper at the desk checked us in, told us room would be ready in under a hour. Gave us key, and told us we could have use of any of...
