We stayed for two nights in the Crows Nest building at Dockside. We had a beautiful room. It had a queen with an separate twin bed small area attached to the main bedroom. This would be great for a couple travelling with a 3rd person. The private deck is what sold us on staying here and we were not disappointed....

Stayed in 113 on a girl's trip a couple of years ago. Loved sitting on the deck watching the boats come and go from the harbor . Room was not fancy by all means but very comfortable and very Maine. Nice breakfast in main house. Will stay here again !!

My husband and I went up to York for a weekend because we can't take a longer honeymoon until November. The Dockside Guest Quarters was the perfect place! We stayed in the main house. Our room was clean and cozy. The views of the water were beautiful! We spent one afternoon watching a thunderstorm move out to see followed by...

I chose Dockside Guest Quarters because of the Trip Advisor review. Everything that's been said is true. The resort is at the mouth of the York River and next to York Harbor -- it is a stunning location. I chose Room 109 in the Crow's Nest because I knew my husband wanted a water view and a private deck. We...

It's always a relaxing and enjoyable evening when we dine at the Dockside Restaurant. The food is great. I had the swordfish, which was a special. My cousin had the chicken, her husband had the stuffed haddock and mine had a beef dish. We had a fig wrapped in prosciutto and we shared some salad. Everything was delicious and the...

Having read a few reviews, I'll begin by stating that I was delighted with our room and breakfast . I only wish we'd had more than one night to enjoy this lovely, peaceful inn. I will speak to the "outdated" decor from another reviewer: Happily, my room did NOT resemble a hotel, but was reminiscent of so many charming b&bs I've...

We have stayed here at this BN be twice and have really enjoyed our stay both times. I love watching the ships go out in the morning and the lighthouse at night. The accommodations are spectacular and the staff are great, really worth the stay. We preferred the little guest houses over the bigger main house we found it a...

Very beautiful and upscale restaurant. Food was great--lunch. I had the lobster roll that was fresh, overall tasty and excellent. Wife had the crab cakes that also were outstanding. Sat on terrace with beautiful view. Staff was very accommodating. Definitely a find and would return. Only negative was Aperol Spritz--not at all like the Italian version.

This B&B is great and exactly what you want for a getaway experience. Friendly, warm, and welcoming staff as well as outstanding breakfast food and drink. The rooms are well apportioned and in great condition. The bar/restaurant on site is an unexpected and convenient bonus. Only small compliant is that room service is often slow with rooms not being cleaned...

My husband and I have been here over the past several summers, for 3 days each time. We love this place. You can walk to a town beach, and explore alot of southern Maine. The place is so friendly and includes a nice continental breakfast. Plus the restaurant is great
