We stayed here on a Saturday night. We loved everything about our stay here- the Inn is well-designed and a top notch, 5-star accommodation. The Nick and Nora room is Art Deco and amazing. I was tempted to try to sneak out with its unique floor lamp. The bathroom includes a heated tile floor and automatic toilet with features I...

Wow. What a treat. At first it was kind of difficult to justify the somewhat stiff price per night - that is, before we decided to try a night. Not over-priced at all. This is a first-class destination, for sure. Apparently all at Nora Roberts' direction, the design and function of this Inn is quite a treat. Only six or...

We stayed for two nights over the New Year's holiday for a family wedding. We had the Elizabeth & Darcy room! We were very impressed with the inn. We had no idea whata to expect as family members had booked the room for us, and we had no idea Nora Roberts owned the inn. The common areas and the rooms...

What a stunningly beautiful Inn! It's also cozy. The staff was wonderful, very kind, friendly & caring. The wine & cheese social hour was very nice, with wine from the local winery, Big Cork. Breakfast was also yummy. I recommend Inn Boonsboro highly.

I stayed in Eve & Roarke, being a huge J D Robb fan, and although the bedroom wasn't quite what I expected (specifically "blue lake of a bed on a platform" as described in the first In Death book, but appreciate that was maybe my imagination informing my expectation!) it was very comfortable and a really good size - and...

This was our second trip to the Inn at Boonsboro. My wife being the Nora Roberts fan, we stayed overnight last October, but my wife wanted to have an extended stay. Just returning from five days will again be memorable. The Inn has a wonderful centuries old history and Nora Roberts felt the need to rebuild it (twice, read the...

We stayed in the Eve and Roark room. The staff was wonderful - friendly and always ready to help. Loved the way the room opened onto the upper porch. The room was very comfortable and fit the characters to a T. Seemed everything was always available =snacks, drinks. Wine and cheese each night was great. Breakfast was awesome! this trip...

Since I am a huge Norah Roberts (and J.D. Robb) fan, my husband planned a surprise weekend at the Inn for my birthday. It is truly an outstanding B&B. The staff was superb, friendly, efficient, and most welcoming. Our room was the Eve and Rourke suite which was exceptional in every way. The lounge with tv, games, and videos was...

This was my second trip to Inn Boonsboro and it was just as amazing the second time. My husband and I stayed in the Wesley and Buttercup suite, and it really felt like we were royalty! Every detail made you feel like you were a part of the story "The Princess Bride". The staff are all so friendly and do...

LOVED that I felt like I was in the book series. Am planning on staying again and trying another room, not that our room was bad (on the contrary) but would like not to be on the first floor for the next trip. The only negatives were that the inn is located at a very busy and loud intersection; the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
With the warmth and welcome of a bed and breakfast combined with the luxury of a boutique hotel, Inn BoonsBoro offers you an unforgettable experience. Housed in the first stone building constructed in the historic town of Boonsboro, the inn was updated in 2008 with a three-million dollar remodel and renovation. Throughout this extensive renovation, we have honored the dignity and charm of this historic site while designing a small hotel to meet the most discerning guests' expectations. Our guests can choose from among eight rooms, including two suites and a ground-floor ADA compliant guest room. With the exception of The Penthouse, all our rooms have been inspired by literary romantic couples. ... more   less
