Driving without plans on East Bay, we happened on Cambridge and randomly selected Mill St. The accommodations couldn't have been more pleasant. The innkeepers reminded me of a visit with a favorite aunt and uncle. Breakfast consisted of home made bread and a lovely quiche. We couldn't have felt more at home during our brief stay. 100% recommended

We spent a night at the Mill Street Inn on a bicycling visit to the Backwater Wildlife Refuge. This is a beautiful Inn run by a retired school administrator and his wife. We stayed in a suite with a queen bed, a separate sitting room, and a spacious bath with a large tub and separate walk in shower. The owners...

Loved the house, loved the breakfast, loved Skip and Jennie's hospitality, loved the whole experience. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms, but had a comfy bed and a huge beautiful bathroom. Jennie made the best sticky buns, corn cakes, sausage and eggs, yum! Cookies, chocolates, and varied choices of beverages available the entire time! They even gave adorable...

This friendly B&B has perfected all the details. In addition to being in a great location, in an historic area and near restaurants, it is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are large; the decor is impressive; the bed truly comfortable; and the conveniences quite modern. Most of the late 1800s home is set aside for guests, and the breakfast is...

Our first visit to Cambridge and we were thrilled by the beautiful Mill Street Inn. We had the largest room but (we peeked) and each one is a gem, so clean and beautifully decorated. Skip & Jennie were the ideal innkeepers, always helpful with recommendations and a fund of information about the history of the area. Great stories, they have...

Jenny and Skip made us feel like part of the family as they welcomed us in, recommended places to visit and eat in town, and served us the best breakfast in all our vacation time on the eastern shore. Nicely renovated old mansion with lots of character emanating from the uneven and creaky floors (not so loud as to be...

This was a random choice due to proximity of water. What a treasure ! The Inn Keepers aim to please , you feel like royalty. The house is a well maintained Victorian furnished to reflect "Old world charm " , with all the modern necessities. Breakfast was exquisite and very palatable . Skip n Jenny are very knowledgeable of surrounding...

We have just returned from the most relaxing visit to the Mill Street Inn! Jenny and Skip have thought of everything to make your time there enjoyable. We stayed in the Winifred Room which was a lovely big room with lots of windows all around and a plus for us were two chairs where we could both sit and read....

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Mill Stream Inn. The owners were attentive and very helpful in planning our days activities. They remembered our anniversary with a bottle of champagne. We stayed in the large suite, which offered more than enough space to relax. The bath included a soaking / jetted tub, shower and more clean towels...

My wife and I, along with another couple regularly cruise the Chesapeake Bay. Most often, we stay in B&Bs at our ports of call. The Mill Street inn is, without a doubt, The nicest B&B we have stayed in along the shores of our Chesapeake. Jenny and Skip are gracious hosts who truly want their guests to make the best...
