It's 5 minutes off of Rte 95 near several local chains such as gas, coffee, McD's etc.
We would stay there again.
A couple suggestions: with the rooms so large and plain, some softer lighting might make it feel a little more cozy. Also, if ever renovated, a larger bathroom would be great, and there is plenty of floor space to do it.
Didn’t think much of the complementary breakfast, but nearby Cracker Barrel and Dunkin solved that.

Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was the overpowering stench of Lysol. Then the drab color scheme (brown and grey.)
On a positive note, the room is a decent size, and the mini fridge has a small freezer section, which is perfect for ice packs.
The shower floor was slimy. I didn’t see any dirt, but the slime was there. Perhaps they just sprayed it with Lysol, instead of actually cleaning it.
There was an excessive amount of noise from outside my room. The constant humming of the ice machine, and when somebody was getting ice, the noise became louder. (Put a door on the ice room to resolve this. Every single door was very loud - the locks opening, the door opening, and closing the doors.
The room above mine was making excessive noise. It sounded like a herd of wildebeest. Perhaps the kids were jumping on the beds? 2 calls for be front desk, and nothing was resolved.
My room was on the first floor, the car end away from the pool. Yet, the noise and people (kids) shouting and squealing was constant. I suppose if you come here with a group of kids (such as sorts teams), then this is the place to be. If you’re a grown up and just want to relax and get a good night’s sleep, stay far away.
If you want a pet spider to share your pillow, it’s perfect!

Now the bad: room smells like feet and has the most ridiculous room layout I've ever seen. Enormous wasted space in sitting area with the tiniest bathroom (~3'X3') I've ever struggled with--almost dangerous!! Hardly enough room for the door without falling into the tub! Tiny sink vanity outside the bathroom, NO sink plunger that doesn't get stuck when in use requiring pry up with fingernail, toilet is loose on the floor, shower pressure causes deafening squealing noise. Smoke detector is yellow so it must be >10 years old; lights flicker. This room was a complete dump that needs a total renovation and was HARDLY worth avg $146/night!! I asked reception staff about any reno planned/done; she said what amounted to facelifts had been done in some rooms (i.e., TV, furniture, etc.), which amounts to putting lipstick on a pig! So, no layout changes are planned (although the lobby & elevators look nice and newer). This facility needs a total shut down and remodel/renovation. I will be sharing this review everywhere I can. It's been a long time since I stayed in a worse hotel room.
Standard buffet breakfast in large lobby with a variety of seating types. Friendly front desk staff, both at night and in morning. When I left a voicemail about expected late check-in (flight delay), got a phone call back reassuring us room would be waiting and what to do if we arrived after 11 p.m. Some highway noise from I-95.
