Stayed here for one night with 2 of my sons. Good shower water pressure, nice breakfast, comfortable beds and good location. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel a little hard to find and smaller than most residence inns I've stayed in but staff very friendly and there was plenty of parking.

As you may know, this is the closest spot you can stay and catch the Washington Metro. The Red Line Train. They don't have a shuttle, but it is very easy to drive to and has plenty of parking. The hotel is clean and the comp breakfst is not bad. Fresh fruits and plenty of coffee. Also, there is a...

When you are traveling for a kids sports tournament it is nice to have a clean, spacious room with some flexibility on check in/out times. Had everything we needed from early breakfast to late checkout. Good experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights on business. My room was attractive and spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and went above the call of duty to make my stay comfortable and our meetings held in their conference room pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

We were supposed to stay here 2 nights to visit family. But after encountering some issues with the property, we sadly had to check out right away. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us 2 studios up on the 3rd floor of Building B. When we went into the building, I...

This hotel is an average Residence Inn. It definitely needs some update overall. The faucet in our shower, it only turns half way, and the water is not very hot. You feel very cold after took the shower. The counter top are extremely low. Good for my kids but not for adult. Bathroom is very small. Breakfast was ok. I...

We booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was a great size. The rooms were clean. Some of the furniture could have used updating. There was a full kitchen. They had a nice large breakfast and even food at dinner time in the lobby. The location was about a 5 minute walk to Washingtonian center restaurants and shops. I would...

Comfortable suite and super clean! I melted into the pillows! I went for an overnight trip to visit a few family members. There was a pull out sofa in the living room area which was great for some of my family members. Overall enjoyable stay. The breakfast was great (especially those waffles!) Definitely recommend

This was an older Residence Inn with several separate buildings. Everyone had to walk outside to get to breakfast on a crisp, fall day. It is a 1/2 mile walk to the shops, restaurants, entertainment, and other hotels of the Rio complex. The room was large with a separate sleeping area. The room was updated since our last visit a...

Stayed two nights. Check in was difficult. We couldn't figure out which building was check in. There are several buildings. Once we located check in, the reception appears gloomy. Is it the lighting and decor?! Upon entering our building where our room was, the hallway again, appears dark/gloomy and long! It's not an inviting feeling! Breakfast is ok. We took...
