We stayed at the Parsonage Inn last weekend and had a wonderful stay! Sally runs a great B&B and really made us feel at home. Our room (#2) had it's own balcony and back entrance which was really nice. Besides the overall homey feeling, the 3 course breakfasts were fabulous! Lots of character with attention to the little things.

Freddi and I are fairly seasoned travelers and are not given to superlatives; this review will be an exception. From the time we called to confirm our reservation to the time we left the parking lot behind the inn our short break to escape the chaos in Washington was delightful. Sallie is an experienced Innkeeper and an excellent chef. The...

There are several good reasons the Inn at the Parsonage is listed in the Lonely Planet guide to St. Michael's, MD. The historic house, built circa 1883, is a charming Victorian, clean as the proverbial whistle, and comfortable to boot. Amenities include bikes to ride about the village, bottled water and Keurig coffee all day, to-die-for chocolate chip cookies warm...

We booked three rooms for a family celebration and felt very much at home at the Parsonage! Sally was a great hostess and storyteller too! Also right across the street from the Maritime Museum which was really fascinating!

What a delight staying at the Parsonage Inn! The Inn is in a perfect location to explore St. Michael's on foot. The room was very comfortable & the Innkeeper Sallie was so warm and welcoming. It was a pleasure to listen to her stories of many years experience in the B& B business. The best part of our stay was...

The location of the Parsonage Inn is perfect for exploring St. Michaels. We were able to walk everywhere. The maritime museum is right across the street. Restaurants, shops & winery all in walking distance (don't miss Limencellos for great Italian food). I had a room in the back off of off the parking lot. Very comfortable room with a remote...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Parsonage Inn (1883) provides a striking example of the late Victorian era with its unique brick inlays and center tower with steeple. What makes us unique? The little things! Log burning and gas fireplaces, coffee, tea and bottled water available 24 hours a day, an ice maker for your drinks, active wine chilling sleeves, wine glasses and a corkscrew in your room, great bikes, freshly baked cookies, homemade organic yogurt and granola (we use as many organic products as possible - including free range eggs!), a choice of two entree items for breakfast, one sweet - one savory, (we even bake our own bread for French Toast) and we cater to all types of dietary needs. Then there are the big things that aren't readily visible. For instance, our pet friendly room (there is just one - so be sure to call) isn't just pet friendly - it is friendly to non pet owners too, we have two complete sets of quilts and shams, the non-pet covers (including blankets) are NEVER used when there is a pet in the room and visa versa, the room really is deep cleaned after each pet visit. These are just a few of the many, many things that our guests love and why they come back - frequently! ... more   less
