Our stay at Ashley Manor was fantastic. For my wife Wendy and me, it was our 30th wedding anniversary and the first time we have been on vacation together without any of our three children and Pat and Vince made our visit just wonderful. From champagne on the day of our anniversary to the delicious three course breakfast to warm...

This was our second stay at Ashley Manor. Pat and Vince are wonderful. They work hard to make guests comfortable and to truly enjoy the stay. The accommodations are beautiful and the ambiance very peaceful and relaxing. Each time we've stayed, we met other guests who also feel that Vince and Pat do everything they can to make the stay...

We had three days in the Phinneys Terrace Room with nice furniture, fireplace and balcony. The breakfast is real good and tasty, Pat & Vince were very kind and friendly hosts. If the weather is fine the breakfast is served on the terrace with a nice view on the garden, otherwise you'll sit with the other guests at a large...

I had never stayed at a B&B before. Unfortunately for all future B&Bs, they will have to compete with the outstanding experience created by Vince and Pat. Convenient and beautiful location with an excellent breakfast each day! The Ashley Suite was perfect - very short walk to personal parking space, fireplace and jacuzzi used each night; do yourself a favor...

My wife and I are no strangers to traveling. We like to mix it up a bit and stay at hotels, B&Bs, and resorts. The service we received at this B&B was absolutely the best. Vince and Patricia were outstanding innkeepers. I truly miss this type of personal service that you don't really see anymore. Vince is a wonderful cook....

My wife and I were visiting relatives on the Cape, and wanted a weekend stay in a comfortable low-key setting. We got exactly what we wanted at Ashley Manor in Barnstable. An old Colonial home, renovated and updated through the years into a pleasant place to stay off the beaten path, we were accommodated in a private suite in the...

I've just returned from a stay at Ashley Manor. First of all, May is such a gorgeous time of year to visit Barnstable and the Ashley Manor. The daffodils and azalea are all in bloom and it's just so beautiful here. I even got a chance to see the resident wild turkey take a stroll through the back yard! I...

We went to the Inn for our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect. They supplied us with champagne flutes and an ice bucket. It was quiet and didn't hear others once we retired for the night. Comfortable bed and loved having the fire place.

This review is long overdue. We have stayed here twice, May of 2007 and Sept of 2008. The house is quaint and well kept and, most important to me, quite. The first time we visited we took our oldest son and his wife with us for a week. We stayed in the Canterberry Suite and they in the Phinney's Terrace....

Couldn't wish for more. Pat and Vince are fantastic hosts, very friendly, great conversation and breakfast. The suite was ideal with all the amenities. Beautiful common areas, living room and dining room. Nearby to the art galleries and restaurants on the Cape we like best. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets. Looking forward to coming back.
