Second time staying and do disappointed it ruined out anniversary. Dirty bed sheets, dirty bathroom, awful food that was cold, soggy and rubber. Unfriendly staff at front desk. This was an awful awful night. Would never stay again

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. There is a hotel Pantry where guests can purchase one serve noodle, mac/cheese type items, juice, soda, ice cream. Bring a $10 bill with you, everything costs about $5. Breakfast with a tip is $20. There is a Starbucks in the lobby that opens at 7AM. Hotel lobby is spacious, comfortable,...

I have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row during the month of September. I found the hotel staff very cheerfully and accommodating. I will attend next year Service Dog annual event and stay at the Double Tree. I love that the hotel is dog friendly.

A long way out of Boston but a pretty area nevertheless. Room service ends at 11pm and there is nothing available ( no water, coffee etc, snacks so be aware). Breakfast was good, with good choice and service Rooms were clean, comfortable and OK. Next time I may well decide to pay more and stay closer to the city.

Staff was most unfriendly, down-right RUDE. They totally messed up reservations. Actually allowed someone to request access to my room and staff escorted them upstairs with NO identification or confirmation that person was allowed access to my room when absent - STAFF PROVIDED FULL ACCESS TO MY ROOM TO SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT STAYING IN THE ROOM, WAS NOT ASKED...

Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Boston North Shore – Danvers, MA – 9/27/2016 I love this hotel. Front front desk staff is awesome. Particularly Gisela, Rachel & Pero. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I wanted some popcorn before watching the debates and they actually sent Pero to the store to pick some up for me...

Nothing but problems from the time we tried to book. To the time of check in. They are disrespectful and condicending . They don't care if you booked months in advance as a block of rooms, they will put you any place they want. I would tell you not to book here, try and find another place in the area.

This review is only for the TradeWinds restaurant within the hotel. We travel in a motorhome and were "staying" free at the Walmart supercenter in Danvers. We were there to visit my wife's sister who lives in Brookline. The best rv park is Normandy Farms just south of Foxborough...too far for us on this trip. Our goal was to find...

Everything was nice from the staff at check-in to the cleanliness of the room. I was there for a wedding and the staff was ready to check us all in a little early before we had to catch the bus for the reception. Room was clean and modern, I would stay there again if in the area.

The accommodation were excellent. The breakfast buffet we excellent and the omelette bar staff looked to please the guests. The function hall management and staff were outstanding during our three days of lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!
