Just off the main ocean road on the Nantucket Bay side of the Cape, this is a great place to stay if you're looking for something other than the typical motel room. I was looking for a place to stay overnight after a wedding in Dennis Port and this lovely little b&b was kind enough to wave their two-night requirement,...

To celebrate my husband's birthday we wanted to get away for a couple days. We picked the right place! It was beautiful! The decor was charming, breakfast on both days was wonderful, and best of all ....it was peaceful and serene. The hosts (Mr. & Mrs. Sangiolo) were so nice.

If you are looking for a quite, clean, and friendly place to stay in this area, then check out this B&B. It is what you would expect from a B&B. Place was immaculate. Breakfast was good. Plenty of menu options. We didn't take advantage, but the place is right down the street from the beach and restuarants. I would recommend this...

I couldn't say anything negative about An English Garden Bed and Breakfast because the total experience was excellent! From the moment you walk in the door, the hosts treat you like you're good friends. The building itself is full of an old charm feeling, yet has all the modern amenities. Breakfast was an absolute treat every morning. And having the...

It was very comfortable and clean in the suite/cottage. There was great water pressure in the bathroom with plenty of hot water. Basic kitchen supplies were available, though I had no intention of cooking; it was nice to find wine glasses available. The fireplace worked and added warmth and ambiance to the cool early spring evenings. The bedroom was small,...

This was our first trip to the Cape and our first stay in a B&B. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend the English Garden to anyone that was heading that direction. They have an awesome breakfast everyday and Joe and Anita are a great pleasure to visit with. They even offered if we could not make it back...

An English Garden B&B is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are lovely-all with private baths and some with balconies. The common areas are so pleasant and inviting. Cable and internet are liberally available. The beach and really good restaurants are a short walk away. The breakfast was soooo good--I wish I had it now!! The hospitality is truly...

Arriving down Inman Road, we didn't expect to see the ocean so clearly and close. The gardens were still well in bloom and the entry was so inviting. Eighteen women and wonderful food awaited our fun filled evening. We had dinner reservations within walking distance and came back to relax and have fun. Well fun we had. Upon retiring to...

From all the rave reviews, one could not be faulted with thinking that the English Garden is just too good to be true!! But the amazing thing is that there just are not adequate superlatives to describe the warmth, graciousness and helpfulness of the Sangiolo family. Anita (a retired actress) and her husband Joe bought and restored the place several...
