Cut clean older Cottages. Convenient to downtown and Sandwich beach and boardwalk cottages. Back in time. A fun night spent for reasonable price. Owner there always working on upgrades . Pool and place to walk

If you want to just sleep and cook your fish you caught this is the place for you. Not the ritz Carlton, and for the price you shouldn't expect more than this cabin offers. We loved the location. 2 miles to ORV friendly sandy neck beach, 1/4 mile to groceries, breakfast, bait. In an hour you can be in Provincetown...

We booked 8 of the cottages (all that were available; would have liked at least one more). The 2 bedroom deluxe were perfect, the smaller ones were a little tight, but for the money and only 3 days, it worked for us. Our large group hung out in one of the bigger ones at night as it was cool outside....

This place is very charming, and a great value. We stayed in the tiny one-room cottage, and it was perfect. Though small, it's beautifully decorated, with a lot of character and a homey feel. Windows on either side of the structure make for lovely cross-breezes, and there's a sweet little bathroom and kitchen sink. It has a nice television as...

This is an example of getting what you pay for. Driving home from the Cape, my boyfriend and I were looking for a simple, no-frills-necessary kind of place. We got it. When we said there were two of us, the owner said we could have a one-room cottage for $50. He was almost apologetic about it, even though he was...

Yes, the small cottage is very very small. The bedspread is really ragged (though impeccably clean) and the bathroom depressingly tiny indeed. And the room contained TWO of the nastiest-smelling "potpourri" scent diffusers ever (think eau-de-gas station toilet). We exiled one jar to outside after our first night but only found the second one as we were leaving (it's on...

We wanted a small place to stay. We got it. I was even asked how tall my husband was... strange until I saw the slope in the bedroom! This was not a problem and the owners were very helpful in suggesting things to do while visiting Cape Cod.

No matter how badly you want to stay in a one bedroom, or don't need the second bedroom, don't be fooled. Pay the extra money. The one bedrooms are ungodly tiny. I'm 6'1" and in our "2 room suite" I could hit my head on the ceiling of the bedroom portion. We had friends staying in the "Deluxe" 2 bedroom,...

These people must not want any business. They do not answer their phone. I called twice, left a message both times, and got nowhere. They finally answered an e-mail, three weeks after I sent it, but did not provide the information I was looking for (I asked to book a cottage; their reply was nothing but the rates, which I...
