This hotel is under reconstruction and in its current state is super noisy. With no carpet in the rooms, passages or common areas you can hear everything that goes on adjoining your room and it is noisy as other guests come and go.
We stayed 2 nights at the Kelley House. I was so excited to be in Martha's Vineyard that when I walked thru the doors to the lobby I was shocked. There's nothing in the lobby but plywood and all the carpet has been ripped off...More

After staying at the Kelley House over the New Year celebration I would ask them if they have updated there hot water issues as they ran out of hot water on the first day of our stay and then in the afternoon there was an issue with the heat not working. The rooms are dated but more importantly the necessaty to maintain their hot water & HVAC systems is basic human need. The location of this hotel is wonderful as you know but I would question the updating of the very system that provide basic need.
