Typical means good! Hampton Inns are great places to stay and they all have amenities. Pool was sadly outdoors which isn't great in New England, but it was a good nights sleep and there are many eateries right around the hotel. Breakfast was free, but a bit light.
Good Stay. Location was great .The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had asked for the hotel shuttle to take us to the New Bedford ferry early that morning of check out. the driver was on time and very helpful.
Great experience, good breakfast bar, Joe’s coffee, Brahmin outlet store close by, also close to Walmart shopping center, Dunkin Donuts, etc. Mike’s Restaurant has great New England seafood- especially the Maine lobster combinations!
We’ve stayed at the Fairhaven Hampton Inn many times over the past several years. The hotel is OK, but starting to look a bit tired and dated. Time for a remodel and refresh. Overall though, nothing to really complain about.
